This is a great restaurant. The waiter helped us out with our limited Spanish and ensured we had a delicious selection of dishes to chose from. The service is fun, at a comfortable speed and most importantly the food is delicious. We had ensalade which is a lovely dish with a variety of vegetables and the dressing is surprisingly fresh tasting. The meatballs are definitely a surprise. We highly recommend it.

Walking the streets and getting hungrier (having rejected several possibilities) we came across this restaurant and took a chance. I am not generally optimistic about establishments bang opposite the major tourist attraction in a city but this was the exception. Excellent wine, tapas and main courses - good value and great service from Jose Maria. For mains we had the tajín de pollo andalusí (chicken tagine) and the Cordero sefardí a la miel (lamb cooked with honey).

I'm here having my coffee. I ordered a half portion of lamb with couscous and enjoyed every bite. I was convinced they bought me a full portion there was so much but i thought it was worth paying extra for. In the end it's a half portion charged on the bill. Excellent value for money.

Two couples, we ate here on consecutive nights and will probably go back again. The restaurant was quiet on both occasions as we ate at about 7-8 pm, but the full menu was available. We had no trouble in finding plenty to satisfy all our individual tastes. One decided advantage for us was that this restaurant offered three meal sizes (tapas, half and full) for many of its dishes. The food was prepared and served with care. Excellent service - thanks in particular to Monica who assisted us with advice on local dishes and unfamiliar Spanish terms. We left feeling that we had an enjoyable and satisfying experience on both occasions.

On a two day visit to Cordoba we had tapas lunch here each day & David was our waiter. He was friendly and attentive serving very good quality food quickly and efficiently. This place has a great atmosphere and I highly recommend it.
