The apartment was great it had everything you needed from tennis rackets to beach games. It had other games to play on the wet day we had, very easy to amuse yourself, full of mod cons. Fantastic large shower, and good sized bedrooms with very comfortable beds, plenty of storage for the clothes. The open plan lounge, kitchen and dinning area worked well together. Well looked after gardens, swimming pools with helpful security when you needed a taxi ordering.
We did not fancy hiring a car as we often use the local transport, so hopefully this information will help others do the same.
From Malaga airport we got the direct coach to marbella bus station which takes 45 mins and cost just over 8 euro per person. Once at the bus station we went to the supermarket which is under the bus station to get the all the groceries for our stay, we then got a taxi with all the shopping and baggage which cost around 9 euro to the apartment. To get a bus into Marbella centre walk down the hill onto the Golden Mile to the bus stop outside the puerto Romano Hotel and get the L1 bus, this costs 1.18 euro in each direction per person. You can also get the L1 bus which will take you to Puerto Banus. We got security to call a taxi to take us back to the bus station when we left. This was the best way to travel for us and possibly the cheapest especially if your worried about the driving.
