Just returned following 5 days in this lovely small hotel. Requested a twin room as staying with my grown up son !
Journeyed on the train which was brilliant as it only cost less than 3 euros for the 2 of us, compared to 25 euros for a taxi, trains don't start until 6.30am ! Short walk from the station !
Check in was efficient and friendly, always a smile and in fact they always had our key ready when we walked in the reception, must be a novelty having a mum and son on holiday together !!
Food was good, plenty of choice for all, and tasty too.
Room was small, but hey ! How long do you spend in the room, you are on holiday! Daily changes of towels and sheets.
Location is good, close enough to the beach but far enough to be quiet in the evening.
Didn't go the swimming pool as prefer the beach,
Would definitely return

This small friendly family run hotel within 10min drive from Malaga Airport is excellent value. Close to beach and supermarkets. Great views from higher rooms - our large room was on top floor with large balcony and sun beds. Air condition worked well, in room fridge and safe available at a 2 euro a day charge. Good wi-fi. Pool and sun beds adequate. Continental breakfast were adequate and good choices for evening meals. Staff were very helpful. Special thanks to Frank and Pedro on reception and the ladies who served on the bar for great service.

Room Tip: Room 309P excellent

For a base, it's fine.

The gentlemen staff are very friendly, not so much the female staff - a smile costs nothing!

While the pool is small, it suited the age group that was there (very few young kids).

What I liked is that it was quite at night, bar was closed by midnight and it was away from the bars and clubs.

The family room was very tight and consisted of 2 singles and 1 double along the same wall...had to go to bed sideways to fit between the beds.

Did I enjoy the stay, yes - would I go back, prob not.

I stayed here for 5 days for my cousins wedding in Torremolinos in August. It's a nice hotel, nice rooms, nice pool, friendly staff, breakfast was continental, car park spaces are very small, air con works, decent pool & close to the beach. I would stay here again, the hotel is close enough to the town centre to walk into it but at the same time, it's far enough out so that you don't hear any of the noise in the evening. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to people looking for a party hotel, it's more families and maybe a business trip. Wi-if works well and generally a good hotel. Torremolinos is not the same as it was 3-4 years ago, it's like a ghost town now, it used to be full of life and vibrant in the evening but now, due to whatever has been going on with the EU and the lack of money from tourism anymore, it's not the most exciting holiday location but great for what I went for.
