Super positive experience in definitely the best hostel in the land of rabbits and the region of paradise!
Hostel location in the center, 30 seconds from tons of arabic teterias and markets and 1 min from the most famous Elvira- best tapas street!
Hostel atmosphere is great; Jimmy- the guy in reception greets you with a big smile! many people from all over the world with different stories to share, free welcome drink on your arrival in the cosy bar with blackboard walls, where every traveller can leave a word; comfortable beds, hot shower, unlimited tasty breakfast, different kinds of walking tours- dont miss the Street Art tour- with the guide Michael from Poland, who is no doubt the best!
I already stayed there twice in two months period, and will definitely come back to the same Oasis!

There is a direct bus from the station.
It is a 20 min walk from Alhambra.
The staff is super-friendly and you get free sangria!
And being Christmas, we got a Polish dinner made by the bartender which was yummy!
The hostel itself is very quaint and the dorms are neat and have a home-like atmosphere.
If I go to Granada again (which I hope to) I'd stay there even if I had some extra cash for a hotel!

This is a really great hostel - it's situated around a small open courtyard that gives the hostel a very pleasant feeling. The bar has great drinks (and specials) and be sure to take your drinks up to the roof for a lovely experience. The rooms are fine (don't expect anything fancy, they are just normal hostel dorms) but have very sturdy bunk beds, so your bed won't ever shake wildly when someone gets in/out of bed like at some places. Be sure to go on the walking tours (one around the Albaycin and one of street art and caves) - both are enjoyable and "free" (the guide will ask for tips at the end and you can give whatever you want). If you're at Oasis for a paella night, definitely eat in at the hostel for that. Otherwise check out the many tapas places within a very short walk - the staff can provide some great recommendations. The only thing that wasn't great was that the wi-fi was very iffy when I was staying there (it only worked sometimes, only in the little courtyard and not the rooms, and often would just go out entirely leaving lots of people trying to get on the 3 desktop computers).

We got the bit like crazy. We are sure there are bed bugs. They were fumigating for "something" bit they wouldn't tell us what when we were leaving. Pretty sure it is bed bugs. Too bad as otherwise the place is great.

This is such a great hostel. It's well situated in a charmed area, you can find there reall nice people, there are some great comun areas and nice breakfast! and also some free drinks! Staff of Granada's Hostel is really nice and you can ask them whatever you need. Rooms are clean and the bathroom is nice, with hot water (very important) and also electric heating (in both places). I would really come back to this place, no doubt! Enjoy it!
