All was very good with the hotel especially the parking just pull up outside and they take it away about 20 Euro a night I think but so well worth it. The front of house excellent very helpful . The room was spot on very spacious with all that is required and modern. The food I can't comment on as we didn't have any but the resteraunt is given rave reviews. My only negative was the gym, sauna, pool... The gym needs sorting with very good air con as it's far to hot and yes people do want to use the gym in the day and I didn't use the steam room etc as you had to pay extra and I feel this should be included in the price so sort these points out and I will give an excellent in future

We have just returned from a two night stay at Villa Oniria. The hotel is very well situated for the main sights and areas of Granada and is situated on a relatively quiet street.
The room was nice with good air con and a powerful shower.
The hotel parking is approximately €20 per day and the staff park your car for you which is very helpful and handy.
Reception staff were helpful and provided us with a map and restaurant recommendations upon arrival.

The people at the reception of the Villa Oniria were the nicest staff that we met while traveling in Spain. They were kind, helpful and efficient. (and very bilingual) The hotel is beautiful, and located within a few minutes walk to the Cathedral and other historic sites. The pool and spa are only available for an extra fee (25-35 Euros) so we did not use those facilities. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. However our balcony overlooked Calle San Anton which was very noisy during the week-end. Although the window was closed, we could hear loud traffic and people out on the street until 1:00-2:00 a.m. every night. The breakfast buffet was good, plenty of selection.

We had a two night stay & thoroughly enjoyed the convenience of its location. Approx two block walk to Cathedral and plenty shopping all around it. Room very comfortable with separate toilet/duech..shower..bath & double hand basin. There was a two seated lounge plus coffee/tea making civility. Beds were twin put together. Air conditioning worked well. My only criticism was breakfast..basic. carpet in room is in need of clean or replaced

Enjoyed our stay - six adults.

The hotel’s somewhat undersold, it could be so much more. A majestic building structure-wise inside, huge staircases, lots of marble but it lets itself down with a rather dreary centre-piece area which is wasted.

Reception is often unattended, and can be a little slow.

The bar is sparsely manned and despite their being very nice lounges and gardens, it’s difficult to get a waiter to take your order. When they do it’s extremely slow. Perhaps this is the laid-back Spanish way but for Brits it’s best to order drinks half-way through the previous round!

But it is a good hotel overall, very quiet and restrained, perfect in many ways. But I can’t help think it needs someone to shake it up a bit to make it a touch more proactive.

Rooms are well appointed, nice showers, for some perhaps too modern with glass see through doors and screens to showers - ok if partnered but two singles in our group had to move or they’d have felt uncomfortable.

Last moan... bar shutting at 11pm which is plainly ridiculous !! We went out for a meal and returned for a drink to be refused as it was now closing. For a major hotel, with international guests, this is just weird.

7.5 / 10 we’d say - but well worth a visit! The positives well outweigh the negatives.
