Having visited the Alhambra, 8 of us were really hungry. Found this restaurant just by luck and told them we wanted tapas. left it up to them what they prepared. Slightly confusing due to language barrier but had a fantastic meal which included sausage paella, breads, fried baby peppers, "broken" eggs with ham, steak still cooking on a hot slate, platters of fresh fruit and mixed cakes. All served by Paco with a big smile when he realised how much we were enjoying our meal. Very relaxed atmosphere and no rushers clear table. Quite busy even in January. Would go there again.

Didnt meet our expectations. Typical spanish place - big portions of meat, no sauce and no spices/ herbs. You have to love the taste of meat, and meat only. The veal was far from sirloin- not good. The service was ok. We will not return.

We booked this place the previous day, as it looked very busy.

We sat outside in the alley, which was nice.

Started with mixed meats and bread, which was great and then ordered the Leg of Lamb with potatoes... OMG, that had to be the most food I've ever had!

The leg of lamb came sliced up, in thick chunks laid on a bed of fried potatoes, and there was so much lamb, I could barely finish it... and I eat alot of meat!

It was fabulous, and easily one of the best lamb dishes I've had.

First of all, this restaurant appears to be extremely popular and, since we were visiting during a busy September weekend, we were wise enough to book a table. When we arrived, we were greeted with a very friendly welcome from the waitress and seated outside which was perfect for what was a very warm evening. To open, we chose to share a fine selection of Iberian ham, a perfect starter. For main courses, we selected the shoulder of lamb, a huge piece which the waitress offered to carve up into smaller pieces if required, the leg of lamb which was carved into smaller pieces and served on a bed of fried potatoes, and a large ox steak served with fries. The portions were huge, big enough for us to request taking what we couldn't eat away with us to enjoy later. Unsurprisingly, we opted to skip dessert but from what we saw being enjoyed by other tables, the quality continued across the courses. Our bill, which included drinks (wine and beer) came to just under 31 euros a head, perfectly acceptable for an very enjoyable meal.

Opted for this restaurant while on day trip. Served by Paco, who was polite and efficient. Thank you. The pork was very tasty with fries. Wife had the fried egg on fries. Big plates. Enough food to last the day.
Having been disappointed with some other places, this one topped the lot. I had the "Iberian Surprise". Tasty pork with salad & fries. Wife had fried egg on top of fries.
Well recommended and not overcharged.
