We happened to walk by this landmark located on a very busy street on our way to Plaza Espana after our Real Alcázar guided tour. It’s distinct structure was easy to spot. Since it’s a secondary sightseeing choice we did not have time to explore in detail but were glad we saw it in person (a bonus) on this sunny pleasant day. Thank God there is a light controlled crossing to access the building located on the other side of a major boulevard fronting the river where there were cruise boats etc. it’s essential a tower with stairs to walk to the top to get s nice view of the city. We did not pay to go up the stairs nor tour the nautical theme museum on the first floor.
