We went with Spanish friends and had a great lunch. Excellent value but above all the food, combined with the advice of our waitress, made the day. We had patatas aliñadas con melva, lasagne (me ha gustado MUCHO), los carrillos (difícil preparar bien pero aquí no fue un problema), solomillo con salsa de boletus (cerdo ibérico y una salsa lleno de sabor pero sutil) y queso de cabra (del horno) con frambuesa y nueces entre cuatro personas. Vino excelente en un ambiente muy agradable.

They cater for non Spanish speakers very well, but that isn't overplayed; this is not a tourist trap, rather a restaurant whose priority is great food delivered with great service.

Had tapas here for dinner tonight and loved it. Service was impeccable, english menu and the food was the best we have had so far on our 5 week holiday. We had the stuffed canneloni, lasagne, fried fish with aioli, soup, stuffed aubergines and 2 glasses of wine each for 28 euros. Seriously considering going back again tomorrow it was that good. We arrived at about 9pm and got seats at the bar, the locals were adding their names to a long list for tables.

Excellent place for lunch across the river in the trendy Triana district. There are seats inside and some tables outside. Quick, friendly service with a very good menu of full plates and tapas of grilled meats, seafood, and vegetables at very reasonable prices.Not to be missed.

Get here early to get a seat, or wait in line with the Triana locals. These modern tapas with a twist are some of the best I have eaten in many years of travelling in Spain. Think of the likes of a pasta tube stuffed with braised pork cheek and just drizzled with blue cheese sauce, creamy prawn croquettes and seared tuna with shiitake mushrooms and soy sauce.

Excellent food, attentive staff. Doesn’t look much from outside but worth the visit. Sit inside if you go in June and make a reservation.
