We've just returned from a lovely week. The staff in both the hotel and the restaurant were friendly, helpful and reliable, and dinner was excellent in quality and quantity. Decor was wonderful, hotel was close enough to walk to amenities but far enough away from main areas to be peaceful. Bliss!

We booked to stay for 2 nights in this hotel. On arrival we were allocated a room behind the reception desk, on the ground floor. It looked like a dungeon. There was no natural light in the room, a tatty four poster bed and only a screen to separate the toilet from the rest of the room.
We were told that the hotel was full and there was no alternative room.
Then we were told that there was a room, one floor up. This room at least had natural light, although the view was of a block of flats opposite. This room at least had the toilet in a separate room. However, it was like staying in a Turkish bath. Very odd. No tea of coffee making facilities in the room. The shower gel and shampoo were not labelled, so no idea which was which.
The staff were lovely and very helpful but I felt that this hotel was not in a great location, a 25 minutes walk to the centre, it was not what I would expect for the amount of money we paid.

We stayed here in mid Sept 2017, its a lovely relaxing hotel. The decor in the rooms, hotel is very arabic influenced and there are lots of little touches that make this an interesting place to stay. We stayed in a room on the 2nd floor whose name I cannot remember - yes, the rooms have names not numbers! The bes was very soft and comfotable, the room large and bright. There were works going on in a nearby buildingbut this did not give us any problems in terms of access to hotel or noise, in fact in our room it was so quiet. Breakfast was served in the adjoining bar, was a small buffet with a good range of tasty food (especially recommend the fresh squeezed orange juice). Staff are very friendly and helpful. Location wise, its a nice 20 minute walk into the heart of Sevilla, easy to get to in car (despite the one way streets) and local bus services. Its also close to the Almeda de Hercules which is a lively square full of places to eat in the evening.
My partner and I chose this hotel because it had a look of being relaxing and with a lot of charm and we were not disapointed.

Well located within the city centre but not right amongst the heavily touristy area (Cathedral, Real Alcazar, etc). It was a 25 minute walk to that area from the hotel but very easy to navigate and lots of it relatively traffic free on narrow cobbled streets. It's decorated in a Moorish style which I like but did mean an exposed bathroom and a room which seemed either too dark (when you're trying to get ready) or too light (when you're trying to sleep)! Breakfast was included but we only made it down once. If I’m honest you’re not missing much – fairly standard continental so not a massive selection. The best bit was the freshly squeezed Sevillian orange juice! Friendly and helpful staff at reception - a solid pick.

Front desk staff were very helpful.
Rooms are big and the bathrooms even bigger we had two wash basins and a very deep bath. The decor is heavilly Moroccan influenced. I loved it.
The bar downstairs offers great food and the tortilla for breakfast was the best I tasted throughout our month in Spain. Also serve great coffee.
Location is a little removed from the major tourist attractions, but that isn't always a bad thing.
