We very much enjoyed our stay here. Shopping two blocks away, great restaurant (La Chala) 3 min away, 8 min to the river and walk of 20-30 minutes to most tourist interests. Was clean and overall well maintained, just the bathroom could benefit from an in-depth scrub. The plates too were slightly dirty but that's down to the previous guest, not really the owner, and the dishwasher makes that not a big burden. Everything we needed (plates, pots, etc.) was there, but 'consumables' like dishwashing liquid we bought ourselves where there were no leftovers from the previous guests,
We had a nice welcome, Maria even organised our pickup and then at the end our return to the airport, which was great as that meant children's seats in the car. Also to have a crib and highchair ready in the apartment at no cost was great. Maria's husband explained a bit the city and showed us some spots on a well prepared map they seem to have ready for all guests.
In advance my main concern was noise. There was not much for Seville; at night very quiet, just occasionally you heard people or a car driving by on the cobblestones, both of which very loud due to the thin walls, but it was really rare, didn't wake us up and it looks like pretty much any building in Seville will have that issue as the streets are as they are..
Overall: Great. Would book here again if we find ourselves in Seville a second time. I think this would also be suitable for the disabled or elderly as the entry was barrier free (certainly no barrier compared to the average Seville sidewalk), just the bathroom might be an issue.

Perfect appartment in a GREAT spot. We were able to go everywhere walking. The owner, Maria, was very nice and gave some tips about things to do. Thanks to those tips we went to some places we wouldn't have found ourselves which gave our days in Sevilla something extra.
Thank you, Maria.
