Description: Traditional cuisine with avant-garde touches in a building steeped in history The location is unbeatable, we are only 5 minutes from downtown but nevertheless in a totally natural environment on the banks of the Ebro and with the Basilica del Pilar as a background. We make all kinds of menus, both for letter service and celebrations, we have three rooms, a nightclub and the terrace to always look for the best combination for each moment. Even with all the above, our best asset is the kitchen, and what will make your visit to our house an unforgettable experience, a market product that fuses traditional cuisine with innovative cuisine, resulting in surprising dishes The restaurant occupies the ground floor of the building in the most representative part of it, where is the gully through which passed the water that gave movement to the wheels of the original mill. Culinary, we have opted for an interesting fusion of gastronomy

It was a very nice restaurant, with a high level of service and excellent food. A few notes: the price fixed lunch was 18 euros, not counting drinks. It looked closed from the street side, but if you went to the river side, one level down, it was open. A good place to take a date.

We went there for dinner to use our smartbox gift. This was one of the few restaurants in town we could use. Restaurant has a formal feel and service, but goes well with ambience of ancient mill. Food was very good, elaborated and some dishes tasted much different than what you would expect: well nevertheless. The only complaint, as in many restaurants in town, the wine list was very poor: obscure cheap choices. Their food would go very well with some more robust selections. Best bottle they had was 25 EUR garnacha, which was good, but I would have liked to splurge on something more special. In summer this restaurant has wonderful patio with increddible views of the river and el Pilar.
