Review of Roman Walls

Roman Walls
Reviewed June 8, 2017

In the town named after Augustus, these ruins remind us of how greatly spread the Roman Empire was, and this area was developing a reputation for wine back then.

To see a length of ruins preserved in a metropolitan city center. Seems out of place, makes for a nice surprise. History right in front of you. Makes you stop and think.

How amazing to find this long piece of ancient history in a city which from a distance looks like a concrete jungle. The heart of Zaragoza is wonderful

I wouldn't go out of my way to travel here, but if you are in the plaza & walking about Zaragoza, you will likely pass these. Amazing there is anything still there after so many years. They are however crumbling away & don't have any protection over or around them which is a shame.

Okay so this is exactly what it says on the tin, they are some Roman Walls, you can get some very good neat pictures of them if you can get your camera to look through the guard rails, there is also a statue to pose next too as well.
