We noticed this restaurant at lunch, it was packed and buzzing so we booked to go for dinner.
It is reasonably priced with an interesting variety of choices. Our favourite dish was the foie with caramelized apple which was delicious. The roast suckling pig was also well cooked.
There are no English menus and the waiting staff speak no English but they were helpful and friendly.

We saw this place during the day and decided to book a table for dinnner,
Menus was in Spanish and we do understand a lot ,but it was complicated ,so we asked for some help ,no joy with that ,so we muddled through .
The wine turns up at the table with one glass half the size of the other, then basically half a loaf of bread cut about an inch thick ,so we ask for some butter ,a very large bowl of margerine is deposited in the middle ,taking it in mind that this was a romantic meal for 2 .
Google translate couldn't help ,so in we go with our order ,just starter and main
Well wife got her terrine with foie gras ,a portion that in france would serve 3 and to be truthful ,one of the best creations I have ever tasted . My ravioli was the size of a sheeps guts massive ,too much filling of not a great taste .
Mains next ,wife ordered duck and that is what she got a duck breast with a raisin sauce ,no veg or potatoes ,so called the waiter over and asked for potatoes ,quickly given a portion of chips ,that would have filled a KFC large bucket .
My half a kilo of beef turns up ,this was after at ordering stage doing animal noises to check what meat it was . And in fact was 3 small lamb chops with padron peppers and chips .
We did not have a desssert ,as didn't know what we would get .
I will say food was cooked perfect ,wine was good ,
So our order was 2 starter 2 main 4 glasses of wine 2 tubs of margarine and a bucket of chips 47 euros ,then the waiter brings up 2 almond cream drinks ,left him a tip and left confused and full up ,my starter should have been 11.50 and my main 16.50 ,so you can understand our confusion .and then a couple who sat next to us asked for an English menu ,we think they were Russian ,so we wondered what they was going to get lol
If they trained the waiters in the correct way to serve ,and had some English menus ,or staff that could help to translate ,as many different country's understand English ,this could be one of the best ,here

Had a lunch on the terrace for 13,50 including wine and water. Service was good, and so was the first course (salad) and the main course (carpaccio). Nothing fancy, but nice certainly for this price level.

The food was great; we decided to get the menu for 19.90 and even though it's a bit more expensive than other restaurants in Zaragoza it's definitely worth it. I'd recommend trying fish dishes. The wine was excellent too.

We found this restaurant by accident and what a great find! I was sorry that we were only in the area for that one day as would love to have returned. We had the €13 menu del dia which was lovely with some very different types of meals. Can't remember the names of what we ordered but we were both delighted with what we had.
