Centrally located in the city, it is a must to come visit this cathedral, which is right along the sea side.

Aspects of this cathedral are truly stunning, especially the windows and architecture. It 2as an 3njotable visit but we thought the entrance fee of 7 euros was overpriced.

I have to say, paying to visit a cathedral, however spectacular, is a little bit odd to me. However, well worth the money.

The cathedral is beautiful inside and out, the sheer scale of the building and the beautiful stained glass make it look imposing and impressive. I liked the 'melting' corner of the cathedral - very different than anything I've seen before in a religious building.
We were lucky to visit in low season so it wasn't too crowded. The area surrounding the cathedral is beautiful too, and it was nice to take a walk around the lake (although this is free if you're not bothered about seeing the inside).
I did think the 7 euro pp entrance fee was expensive though, as apart from a couple of small rooms with religious paraphernalia, the main body of the church was all we got to see, which didn't take more than 20 minutes really. Nevertheless, worth a visit if you have half an hour spare in Palma.
