Simply beautiful and charming. An incredible breakfast offered every morning on the first floor. Inconsistent Wi-Fi was a problem. Otherwise the charm of the hotel and the hospitality of the management and staff made up for that one defect. Out the door was the charm of the old city of Cuitadella. Centrally located and a great way to explore the town.

From top to bottom, this hote is beautiful. Incredible pool on the ground floor; incredible sweeping view of the town from the top floor.

Unlike most of the reviewers, my wife and I stayed in one of the "Charming Houses" - Casa Andrones run by the hotel. It is located a short walk from the Hotel and staying there, you really feel as if you are one of the locals!! The house is set on 5 levels with about 50 steps from bottom (Kitchen) to top (Roof Terrace) - if you're a little unfit before you arrive you certainly won't be when you leave!!!
The whole house was spotlessly clean, comfortable and very well equipped. Our hosts Jose and Joan(?) could not have been more helpful especially one evening when we locked ourselves out! Jose even brought our keys to where we were having dinner after that had managed to gain entry.
We had full use of all the Hotel facilities but didn't need the roof terrace as we had one all of our own with the same views as the hotels.
We highly recommend this house but not if stairs are a problem for you!!

It was such a treat to return to this hotel after our first visit last year.

Jose and his team greeted us with such warmth it felt like coming home!

Once again, a perfect stay.....we stayed in a different room, all the rooms are very individual and we were not disappointed. We had tea and cake in the beautiful little cafe attached to the hotel on arrival and met friends there too the following day.....they loved it.

This hotel is so beautiful, and even though it is right in the centre of town which is a great location, it is very peaceful and tranquil....it remains as I said in my last review..' an oasis of calm'....

You just need to go and experience the true Menorca.....we hope to be returning....

Room tip: All the rooms are beautiful

My wife and I have just returned having stayed at Tres Sants for 5 days. The hotel is a real gem of a place. Its small (8 rooms) and offers fantastic service. The location couldn't be better, its right in the heartland of the Old town so nothing is more than a 3-5 minute walk. Although its so close to busy streets its extremely quiet and peaceful.

It has a great rooftop terrace with fantastic views of the cathedral and beyond. The Spa is also extremely relaxing.

Theres some fantastic restaurants nearby and if you hire a car the car park is a 5-7 minute walk away (anything marked as a white space is unlimited free parking).

Would highly recommend and will certainly be returning. Just FYI it was 60 euro for a cab to the airport door to door.

We really liked the hotel. The decor is quite different, a little tired in places but this did not detract from the hotels charm. The roof terrace was a lovely place to sit and watch the sun go down whilst looking over at Church and surrounding rooftops. Its a bit tricky to find, we had a hire car and our sat nav wasn't up to the job! Excellent location in the old town so we were able to walk everywhere very easily.
