Nice area to take a stroll and to avoid the heat,as the area is lined with trees. Beautiful houses and Spanish architecture.

Best place to visit is the park at the end.

Also watch out for the random black and red 'art' hanging from the trees (see pic)

I usually don't give 5 star reviews but I loved this tree lined lane. It's got a great park that's adjacent to the lane> Parque Municipal García Sanabria that has multiple places to get something to eat and one of the most interesting collections of vegetation grouped in multiple settings. The lane (you can walk in the middle of the "street" while the traffic flows around you) is on a hill so you're either walking down the street or hiking up it. But the grade is do-able. At the base is a military museum (Museo Histórico Militar de Canarias) which is free and has a great café with tasty treats! And the lane itself is full of art pieces that are different, provocative.
