We should have stayed longer in this beatutiful city and will sure come back. The price-quality ratio of this hotel is good. Although it is a little bit noisy we will stay again the next time also because there is a garage close to the hotel. The room is clean, the breakfast buffet is not rich but sufficient. The staff is friendly and helpful.

We stayed for a night and were very pleased overall. The Imperial is typically Spanish, tiled floors, etc. The room was very clean and well presented. The bath/shower was very small, and had no plug!
The hotel staff were very pleasant, and spoke some English. Noise was OK.
Overall I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed in this hotel for one night only, and I was very pleased!
The location is very good, minutes away from the Alcazar Palace (Spanish Army Museum) and also in walking distance many of the other city attractions.

Parking is not a problem. There is a parking lot very close to the hotel and they give 5 euros discount for hotel guests (just ask for the discount vouchers at the hotel front desk before you leave).

The rooms are large, very clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and gave us some very good recommendations for restaurants nearby.

The heater hums, the water pipes rush, someone is hammering, chairs scrape across stone floors above you. If you are even a little sensitive about noise, this is not the place for you. The breakfast was also fairly meager. You can do better.

The location is walking distance to the city square and most key sightseeing sites. Our first room is good enough with the requested 2 twin beds. On Monday morning, surprisingly, we were able to check in at 10:00 am. We found the room with a bid of smell, though clean, late afternoon upon our sightseeing return, the hotel was quick to get us to a larger room. While the room is facing the small square, but we did not find it noisy at all. And the room was only €53 ($61) for the two of us.

Room tip: Very reason rate for a clean room for two
