I stayed her for one night and I have had better service at Marriott AC Hotels.
The service was awful. We waited in the lounge / bar area for a bite and drink to eat and was never approached by any staff members. We waited for an hour. We watched the staff helped a group of about 10 people and walk by us numerous times. Never acknowledged our presence. It was rude. We asked the front desk if someone could help us and we were told, they just had a large party. The restaurant was empty except for the 10 people standing in front of the dining area. We were also the only people in the lounge area. Inexcusable service. Don't waste your money. There are other places you can stay and have a better experience.
The decor is nice and that's about all this hotel has to offer.

The hotel is right in the middle of the old town. It does not really have a parking but there is a public parking 40 meters from the hotel, cost is less than 20 euros a day. really worth it. The hotel has very nice bedrooms and common areas. The personal is friendly while being very professional and helpful. Really would recommend this place. We had a great time.

A warm welcome and on this occasion found the staff exceptionally helpful as I was a little incapacitated due to back problems. Hotel has a very evident wow factor. Kitchen was unexpectedly closed due to a technical problem and the receptionist totally sorted out ordering in a meal focus from a very good restaurant. Will revisit next time and will stay longer as this time we were 'in transit'.

Room tip: Have had two different rooms on visits, both excellent

We had an excellent, comfortable 3 night stay here. Maria Madrid at reception was delightful and most helpful. It’s location is so convenient for discovering Toledo, car parking (extra charge) just around the corner. Good breakfast (included in our room rate). For luxurious 5 Star stay in Toledo this the place.
It is now called the Eugenia de Montijo Hotel. Part of the Marriott group Autograph collection.
