Stayed for two night's before going on a cruise, lovely hotel in a square loaded with restaurant's and cafe bars on las ramblas . Rooms clean and tidy staff warm and friendly all you can eat breakfast downstairs in the basement which resembles the famous caven club, only thing missing was the Beatles... Would definitely return

We couldn't have chosen an hotel more slap bang in the middle of the Las Ramblas festive vibe.
In our opinion this was the best spot from which to explore this breathtaking city. From here you are never more than walking distance from everything and with the metro, buses and taxis being of such high standard you are never without something to do.
From the highly knowledgeable and super helpful/friendly lady at the front desk to the very appreciated aircon-ed rooms, this hotel is super convenient and comfortable.
The rooms are basic but very clean. The beds and comfy and the pillows are some of the best I've experienced in hotels.
The en-suite bathroom is also basic and clean - and lets face it - you never travel all the way to one of the most beautiful cities in the world to stay couped up in your room all day.
This place is perfect for anyone looking for a spot in the heart of where it all happens.
And it does happen. Every night. The rooms are have sound proofed sliding doors, but depending on the time of year you visit, you might need some ear plugs for those early morning diehard revelers down in the Plaza. Or you could simply join them, either way, it is not a major issue.
I would return to this hotel again in a heartbeat - in fact we have tried to book for next year again but it is already fully booked over the time we travel.
My advice; try here first before you do anything, and if its available, do not hesitate to click that BOOK button or you will miss out on an experience of a lifetime.
Enjoy.

Ok this isn't a 4 star hotel which is reflected in the price. In my eyes this hotel is one step up from a hostel. In saying that the location is amazing as it is situated in Placa Real and once you walk out this square you are on Las Ramblas. The room was clean with air con and private bathroom and reception staff were really helpful. Lets face it when you go to Barcelona you don't really stay in your room! I would definitely stay again because of cleanliness, air con and location!

This hotel is very central, walking distance (10 min max) to Transport hub catalunya square. Very close to many sights and neigbour with great restaurants inside the bouqueria market. Great square outside for having a coffee or a drink. I would say take breakfast out of the hotel because it doesnot leave you happy. White bread and jam and sad coffee. Hotel is very boringly equipped seems like nobody cares about making it nice. However, for the price and location it suited our needs perfect. We needed a central place to stay that was clean, with shower and aircondition. And all this works perfectly. Aircon quiet and efficient. Shower good. So as a base for exploring Barcelona is perfect but completely without soul. Clean environment in all rooms and friendly staff.

Thought he location is great, I feel there would be much better hotels in the same vicinity in the same price range.
The rooms are very dated, small and claustrophobic. There was barely any natural light coming into the room. The walls are paper thin and its very noisy in the night. The beds are some of the worst we have slept on. The breakfast is very minimal and consists of just croissant, cereal, coffee and orange juice. I would not recommend staying here.
