We loved Barcelona and this hotel. The location was brilliant, five minutes walk from Las Rambla and Playa Catalunya where the bus from the airport stops. The staff were friendly, informative and so helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The room was comfortable and the shower was tremendous. We did not use the mini lounge across the corridor much, although it was nice to be able to look out on to the street. Breakfast was delicious and the chef charming. Having the snack bar for coffee and water whenever you need it is also good. Our favourite restaurant nearby was Original, near the Contemporary Art Museum. We would definitely return here when we next visit Barcelona - hopefully before too long.

Room Tip: Maybe a suite if you want more room space although the ordinary room was fine.

I don't like to go across a hall to be in my bedroom, and I don't like "hammocks". Perhaps I am to old for these things. But there were young people there that seemed happy. Also some of the staff I found not so good.
It is in a quiet place, this is nice. The design has some interesting ideas and a lot of colour. The hotel is near to the Placa de Catalunya, this is very good for public transport and for taxis. It is also close to the MACBA and the CCCB for good exhibition and art, and there are nice cafes and restaurants that are not so much for tourists. I liked that it is close to the centre of the city, but in a quiet place. If I go back to Barcelona I will not stay in this hotel I think.

This is the hight of cool! The hotel pushes the whole Camper brand ethos and everything evolves from that. I stayed for one night on business and absolutely loved it. The room was seperated into two areas each side of the upstairs corridor, bedroom bathroom in one and your own personal lounge complete with hammock in the other. The staff are bright and very helpful and the whole place just oozes laid back cool. Camper flip flops sit by your bedside and the accessories in the bathroom are amazing. The room is adorned with logos and anecdotes and the overall feeling is that of comfort and warmth. the only downside is that they do not really have a bar area and the breakfast is limited. But they do have a 24 hour complimentary buffet that you just help yourself to. i like it the place a lot!

Room Tip: First floor with lounges all good

We booked here based on TA recommendations and the location. On our arrival we soon got a feel for the excellent warmth and service from staff.
The rooms are functional rather than aesthetic but all nice quality and very clean. Unless a suite is booked the lounge is a room straight across the corridor, not perfect but it works. Breakfast is a bit basic but nothing is too much trouble for staff. The 24hr free drinks (not booze) and snacks is nice but the food options vary and what gets put out in the morning are not topped up (when we were there) so many items ran out by late afternoon.
Location is central but away from areas that could be noisey.
Great place, we'd come back if visiting Barcelona again.
