This hotel is 1 big art collection. Location is great, on a quite bay on the north side of the city. Great rooms with views and really funny is the fact that everything in this hotel is for sale, everything you see has a price tag on it. Great to visit off season.

Room tip: Take a room with sea view, you won´t regret it

The location is in the marina of Sitges, a cove very flirtatious but where you only have the restaurants of the port. There are no stores or additional life. It is 2 km from the center of town and public transport (bus L3) is only a bus that goes around the world before taking you to the town or roundtrip taxis whose cost you add to the price of the room. This bus is only worth is you are coming back from the train station in Sitges and go to the hotel from there. You are next to the congress palace but if you are not in congress and want to visit Sitges, the location is not good. The staff is professional and / or uneasy, especially the reception staff, unable to solve everyday issues satisfactorily. I do not think this service deserves 4 stars. We had a reservation for two nights and as they were made by different routes, they assigned us different rooms and forced us to change from one night to another saying that the hotel was full, even though there were not enough people around. We insisted asking between one night and another and they gave us a no without even consulting the reservations in the computer. We asked if they could transfer the bags from one room to another, since we had to leave to spend the day out, and they also said no. The breakfast buffet is varied in number of things but the quality of the products, especially the embutidos, including jamon serrano, is low.
In the bathroom there was no gel in the container intended for it and several faucets in the jacuzzi did not work. Our room, on the 4th floor (it is the penthouse) had great views of the harbor but no windows opened and we were very hot

Room tip: The quality of the rooms varies a lot from one to another, as much as prices. Make sure you ge port views and balcony

I had booked this hotel as a stopover on our way from France to Southern Spain early October. I had booked through miles and more using partly airline miles and partly cash payment. Being sure that we would definitely take this trip I choose the prepaid, non reimbursable option. Regretfully in the wake of the problems during Sundays elections for independance, the day before our travel, the catalonian government called for a non expected general strike for the Tuesday 3rd of October .The main motorway from France to Sitges as well as all alternative roads, were blocked in numerous points by trucks and closed to traffic for hours on end. Despite our efforts there was no way for us to reach Sitges for that evening and we had to stop overnight in an alternative hotel . I called the hotel during the course of the afternoon advising them of our situation and confirmed our conversation be email. They told me that, as we had booked through a third party, there was nothing they could do for us directly. I contacted miles and more in writing and they got back to me informing me that the hotel refused point-blankly any gesture as to the room we prepaid and could not use. I appreciate that cancellation rules apply as far as prepaid rooms are concerned. But in this case the situation was completely out of our hands and control and Sitges being in the heart of the Catalonia province, the hotel in Sitges was well aware that we did not invent the problem and that there was nothing we could do. Next day pictures on the news showing people stuck for hours on end on the AP7 motorway leading to Sitges proved that the situation was well and truly disastrous. I know it is not the hotels fault either but a good will gesture and had it only been a voucher for a reduction on our next visit would have highly appreciated.

Very nice hotel near to beaches and harbour. Only 65 rooms but 15 on them with real piece of art, ask for one of them (same price and a real artistic experience). Some painting can also be bought. Very good breakfast also, the reastaurant IRIS is named to be good also but I did not tried it...

Room tip: ask for the Painted ons

They price this hotel correctly , I read some comments that people didn't enjoy it but for the price we paid it was good value and if you don't mind being out of the town in a quiet area by the port /yacht Club then for the price this hotel is a good option . We didn't eat in the hotel as there are many white cloth restaurants only a few steps away . The pool is small but it was fine for us in September ( always lounge chairs available ) but the pool is cool ( very refreshing ) Staff on the desk were helpful .

Room tip: ocean veiw would be the best
