Having been to some of the Trip Advisor top ten restaurants in Sitges, Bon Estar, currently number 11, deserves to be at the top. The main course of dorado or sea bream was spectacular - the freshest fillets, perfectly cooked and piping hot, with a subtle cream sauce and crispy fried leeks and sweet potato on the side. It rivalled any fish dish we have had back in London or in the finest restaurants elsewhere. Other fish dishes that passed by us looked amazing too. We followed this with a beautiful dark chocolate and nut cake, with a dark velvety chocolate sauce and rose ice cream. Service was very friendly and efficient and they obviously use the highest quality ingredients to create their modern but authentically Spanish dishes. We will definitely return one day!
