A nicely renovated hotel in Madrid's version of Broadway. Lots to see and do as soon as you leave the front door. Suites are generous by European standards and well equipped. Great bathrooms and beds too!

Booked on my behalf for a conference. Although the decor seems a little dated, the hotel was well located, comfortable, and very clean. The staff were nice and the rooms had a lot of space. The aircon worked really well, and the room was quiet although you were on the main thoroughfare.

Really nice hotel right in the heart of Madrid city. It's an apartment type room with a well proportioned sitting room and small cooking area. Staff are extremely helpful. Although it's on the main street - we were delighted to find that the noise levels were very low and no a factor at all. Only a short walk to the main square and all the tourist spots.

Enjoyed staying at Gran Via with convenient location. Check in desk is up one level that requires navigation of a short flight of stairs and a tiny elevator. Not good for someone with mobility issues. The continental breakfast was great and staff were always very friendly.

The location is fantastic, right in Gran Vía, in the centre of Madrid. The rooms are big, with a small kitchen in a closet. They offer a good buffet breakfast and also meals at the restaurant. There are a few steps in the entrance that lead to the lift, so it it a bit inconvenient if you have luggage. The windows have proof sound glass so you don´t much noice.

Room Tip: choose a high floor for less noise
