Stayed at the Terralta apartments for the first time for a week. We can as a family of 3 adults and 1 child aged 9. The hotel itself was clean. I found the staff very accommodating and friendly. The outdoor pool as you would imagine to be at this time of year vwas cold however, their is an indoor heated pool which is open 9-5 everyday for the kids (supervised). The beach is a 15 minute walk down hill. The hill is quite steep on the return journey but for €7 it's not over expensive to jump in a taxi. There is a little shop in the hotel with water, milk fresh bread etc..... The maids come and clean the room 3 x in the week changed the towels 3x and bed sheets once.

Just got back from a weekend stay at this apart hotel. Nice place to stay away from the hustle and bustle. The place itself is clean and tidy and the hotel staff are friendly and helpful.
Didn't eat here but the restaurant looked spotless. The drinks are quite cheap and between midday and 9pm house wine and Sangria is 80 cents a glass. Beer is cheap also between those times. In addition they have 2 happy hours daily when drinks are 2 for 1.
A ten minute walk away from the old town and about 30 - 35 minute walk from new town. In my opinion the old town is best, no drunk tattoo covered Brits there.
In summary a decent place to stay at a very reasonable price.
As a family we would all like to return.

Stayed here with friends in March/April 2015 over the Easter holidays. It was clean and the staff were friendly despite some of the reviews we read previously.
The hotel is situated at the top of a hill which means it has nice views but it about a 15 minute walk from the bottom. We enjoyed the walk but sometimes got taxis if we were in a rush or it was too warm to walk.
I would recommend this hotel for families as the pool is big with a slide. There is a kids area and pool tables and unlike a lot of Benidorm, the whole hotel is only on a few levels so no nightmare lifts and staircases.

The indoor pool was really good for when it was too cold to go to the outdoor pool, it was in a sort of green house and it was really hot!

I wouldn't recommend this hotel so much if you are a group of young people looking to go to the strip every night and return in the early hours because it's about a €10 taxi each way and it's more family orientated.

The rooms were clean and appropriate, fit for purpose.

It was great having a small mini market literally at the end of the corridor as it was cheap and convenient. It sold food, postcards, ice cream, alcohol and cold drinks for reasonable prices.

You literally get what you pay for here. We booked very last minute, and have enjoyed our stay. The rooms/apartments are adequate, although no proper oven (not good for a family of 4 on self catering, but eating out is cheap, very cheap!).
Although try not to book a room in the main complex, the walls are thin, so can hear the entertainment, and there is zero sun to be had, but the outdoor pool gets it all day.
The bar has reasonable priced drinks, they reflect what the main town charge, and do have happy hours.
If you aren't into walking, bare in mind this hotel is at the top of a hill, so taxi's or a bus is needed, but these are cheap enough.
The little indoor heated pool is neither here nor there, but great that the kids can use in the winter (no way are we dipping our toes in the outdoor one, no matter how much sun it gets).
Reception are helpful and friendly. Booking a child's cot costs €5 a day, but they will take this out their €60 deposit they require on arrival (neither was mentioned when booking).
The water is always hot, a bonus for a large hotel.
Guests on all inclusive seem happy, but we didn't choose this option, even as an added extra per day, as we like to wonder and eat out while away (that's what holidays are for!)
