When we arrived at our apartment Lujo en Benidorm Planta 27 we were met by someone who could not speak English. He tried his best using his phone. Had to pay 10 euros due to arriving after 21.00. Not shown how to work washing machine etc. Apartment was good, view excellent & lifts excellent up to floor 27. Outside pool not open. Inside pool opened the last few days. Could not find info re-tennis courts time etc. Nowhere to put rubbish. Had to find a dumpster. Owner not helpful when we asked for advice for our cases as our flight was late and we had to be out for 11.00
Lovely apartment in a good central location with fantastic views all round. Great communications with the owner, second stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
Because our stay in October 2015 was perfect and we had to visit friends in the neighbourhood of Benidorm we decided to book again La Calandria for a week.
Again Jorge took care of us and made our stay perfect again. A concern was our arrival after midnight but it wasn’t a problem and so the key handover took place 01:15AM.
For the rest we can repeat what we wrote in our last review and we still recommend La Calandria for a higher situated stay in Benidorm.
