Owner description: BIOPARC VALENCIA is a unique zoo. Its design employs the “zooimmersion” concept, in which visitors are surrounded by meticulous recreations of the natural habitats being presented. Social animals that live together in groups are displayed, as well as groups of different species that coexist in the same habitats. Predatory species are integrated into the visual space, but are separated from other species by barriers invisible to the eye of the visitor, ensuring the safety of both the animals and the people. The animals, vegetation and landscape provide opportunities for discovering the complexity of natural ecosystems.

This is a fabulous zoo - well worth a visit for all ages !
It was very hot the day we visited and lots of the park is well designed to be shaded !
The animals are very well accommodated too!

After Zagreb, Ljubljana, Munchen and Dublin, this is one more nice Zoo place that we have seen and finaly it’s the best of those in my opinion. There isn’t (almost) any fance in the park, animals are free to walk in very authentic surrounding and number of species is great. One more must see place in Valencia!

At first thought the price was a bit much. But you do get a full day. And it feels much different from other zoos we've visited. You can get very close to some of the animals, particularly the meerkats! It was quite busy the day we visited and could have done with more seating areas for eating at. Bit disappointed that it says you can't take in your own food and nags were checkwd at the entrance but did notice quite a few people had managed to bring their own!
Still worth a visit.

Really loved this zoo. It houses different species and the setting makes you feel like in a jungle and makes you feel submerged in nature. It is set at the edge if the city just off where the turia gardens end. It is easy to reach by bus. Don't miss out on this attraction if you have some free time. For us it was the best experience from out Valencia trip

Great for kids, good ideas, animals are all visible. Limurs were fantastic! Don't go on holidays or weekends as was to many people. A little bit expensive...
