Very comfortable and spacious room. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We could not ask for more.
Great location for visiting the Market and the Cathedral area. Parking is available in a separate car park and a reasonable rate for Valencia. Great WiFi. Breakfast is available if required.

Room Tip: Get the parking address before trying to find it!

I booked the room for four nights, paying in advance via Expedia, but arrived a day late owing to flight difficulties. I phoned ahead to say that I'd be arriving the next day, clearly giving the receptionist my name, and was assured that the room would not be re-let. When I arrived the next day the room had indeed been re-let and I ended up staying in a hostel.

Dear Richard. We are very sorry for your problem and we are very sorry for the confusion. Everything was about a misunderstanding and we obviously gave you back the money. There is no question of asking not book in our hotel, it is a matter of understanding that sometimes misunderstandings happen. We returned the money paid and we look for accommodation

positive: Location is good, employees are kindly. wifi free and fast:). negative: unfortunately my room was on first floor which was near the breakfast room and the kitchen, since 8:00am it’s impossible sleep. I didn’t ask to change because was just two days.

The hotel is lovely & clean and ideally situated close to the Estacion del Norte, the Bullring and Town Hall Square.

Initially, locating the hotel was a little confusing as the road is known as Avinguda de L’oest and Barón de Cárcer (photo). Look for large supermarket Dialprix (bright green signage) which is directly opposite the hotel.

There are two underground car parks close to the hotel costing €16.85 per day.

The staff are friendly and very helpful. You can buy tickets for the Tourist Bus and the Arts & Sciences complex from reception, which can save a lot of time.

Unfortunately, we had Room 102 on the first floor, which is located close to the dining area. This can be noisy in the morning when staff are preparing breakfast.

The hotel allows guests to make tea/coffee in the dining area all day, which is great. However, we were woken up at 2.00 a.m. by some guests who decided to use it as a cafe after a night out. When we called reception the receptionist was very courteous and dealt with it swiftly.

We would definitely stay here again but not on the 1st floor.
