The hotel is very well placed and convenient for the major attractions of interest; in fact we walked to all of them, apart from the beach and the National Park. The hotel has excellent service and is very comfortable. We even had a bath in the spacious bedroom in addition to the well appointed bathroom ensuite, which was a bit of a surprise - see photo. There is a lift to all floors if you are getting on, as we are. Although on a popular road from the Cathedral Square, it was very quiet. The weather was very hot and we used the aircon a lot, but the duvet must have still been a Winter tog, as we did get very hot at night. Althoigh not really any drawer space, like most boutique hotels there was plenty of room for clothes and paraphenalia with enough clothes hangers. Our only minor negative thought was the breakfast, which consisted of a good variety of lovely bread and rolls, cold tomatoes - sometimes with cheese on top, scrambled egg, fruit, fruit juice, yoghurt, cold meats and cheese with good coffee to boot. Our only comment was that, although very tasty and filling, it was the same every morning.t from the beach and the National Park. The hotel has excellent service and is very comfortable. One could get breakfast either room service or from the café next door, both the same menu, at remakably cheap prices and good quality.
If we visit Valencia in the future we would have no hestitation in staying there again.

Room Tip: We had Room 106, which was spacious and comfortable; and do not forget the bath in the bedroom!

The location was great for us because we were there with a car and could park for free in a street 10 minutes by foot from the hotel. Also, it is located in the center itself so you can explore the city by foot without problems. Room was great, nicely designed, extremely clean with very comfortable beds. We even got a free upgrade for a room, which I think was a very kind move. Staff speaks perfect English and are very kind and helpful. Very recommended.

Stayed for 5 nights as part of recuperation break. Have to say the experience was excellent.. The hotel is small but great. Staff so helpful.. Moved me to a disabled room when we asked as we hadn't booked one. Breakfast is wonderful and great value.. Get in quick though as the good stuff doesn't last long. Rooms are basic but wouldnt expect more, beds really comfy. Even though in a vibrant area the noise is almost zero. Definitely recommend and would come back. Great Stuff. Only small negative is there is a little smell downstairs from time to time.. But it's the old town and its evident in other parts.

Appears to be recently refurbished. Very clean, crisp, quiet and spacious rooms, with convenient interior in characteristic building. Hotel is located in a pedestrian area and more or less situated at the rim of the Turia Park, heading “down stream” to Ciudad de las Artes, a +/- 15 minutes bike ride. Old city centre at walking distance, including cosy restaurants serving local food. Breakfast in small area near elevator and lobby. The lady who is serving the breakfast is doing her utmost best. Among other things fresh fruits with whipped cream, slice your own bread and fresh orange juice. Very enjoyable. Bike rental, Segway tours and bakery (including coffee) around the corner.
