Wife and I went here after looking at ratings - looking for the best authentic Valencia paella. The service was impeccable, polite and attentive without being obtrusive. Venue is in the middle of a typical city block and looks non-descript but inside you will find clean, modern lines and a warm inviting atmosphere.
Started with iberico ham fresh off the leg accompanied by the traditional tomato toast. Perfect to slowly savor while the paella is being prepared.
There is a variety of paella available, we went with the traditional variety that includes rabbit, chicken and baby snails. Paella was delicious with a perfect crust of rice.
Staff was very friendly, showing us how to extract the snails and providing a taste of sweet wine to wrap up the meal. For two of us the meal, with a bottle of local viogner set us back about 72 euro - worth it!
