you ll find a bed and breakfast with clear furniture, anything you need for your stay, very clean clean toilet and bathroom and a nourishing breakfast. the host is very helpful in useful informations and any support you need. the b&b is not in the city center but is connected to where you want to go by urban transport system, to the city center in 20 minutes.

Hallo :)
Thank you very much for your review. I'm very glad your stay here at my hose was nice.
Thank you for all good things you wrote about it and me.
I have to say the journey by Circumvesuviana train form here to Central Station is 10 minutes but ovbiously you spend about 20 minutes in total while you leave the room untill you'll be in the city center.
You told me through booking.com messages that your flight was very early and that you did not tell me that because you won't disturb me early in the morning with the transfer service. Remember that I'm always happy to help my guests if I can even very early in the morning ;) so don't be afraid to ask.
Thank you again I hope you are doing well at home.
Ciao
Gianluigi.

Honestly, do not be afraid of the low price, or potential bad location. Bull****. This is an EXCELLENT place to stay over and have some pleasant stay during the day if you fancy a bit of relax-time inside after so much walking out everywhere in Napols.

Our stay in Napols (city center) was fun, a bit caothic at the beginning though. The food was superb (you will realize how c**p the italian restaurants of your surroundings are, when you step into this city). We all know that Italy has its main strenghts (food, weather, tourism,..) and weaknesses (fraud rip-offs). That is why is hard to believe that a place with such low price does not let you down.

Every day we felt that the host was the very least we could worry about: perfectly clean (seriously, trying to find a dirty spot in the bathrooms and could not find it). Does not stink: actually smells very good. No damps anywhere. Terrace with perfect size for having lunch, breakfast or dinner. Peaceful at night. TV working perfectly. High quality mattress along with big pillows.

Can't tell about breakfast because I did not eat during my stay. I am allergic to dairy so I could not take anything from there. But speaking on behalf of my girlfriend, she liked it. Yoghurts, juices, diverse pastries, jam, bread, small cakes, nutella and a daily bottle of water,.. I would say is very high quality as well, considering this is a bed and breakfast and not the Hilton.

And about G.Luigi. Is and adorable man. Always helpful and talkative but he knows and of course respects your space. You can rely on him for ordering food, instructions of Napoli's locations and dear traveller, you can do what you want, but he was always proven right at everything he'd explained us upfront.

The location is great. If you were staying at the city center, that would be very much noisier than this option. Instead, you feel a bit isolated because you are a bit far from the city center (the train -circumvesuviana is called- stops service at 8.40, the bus is unpunctual and available until 11.00 pm, but you easily get adapted to all of that after a couple of tries) but in return, you have peace and security.

Tip: 195 bus line (very close to Garibaldi station) is a very good option instead of taxi. Try it out once and you will see why. This bus will take you from the city center (piazza garibaldi) to Mario Pomilio street, which is 3 minutes on foot from the Bed & breakfast.

To recap our experience: looking forward to repeat it again.

Thank you G.Luigi!

This B&B only suffers from one negative, it is quite a long way out of the centre of Naples, however its positives more than make up for it. If you need to use the public transport system, make sure you ask Gianluigi to explain it to you, as it takes a while to understand, but once you do, getting around is easy. The accommodation is very good, with lovely big rooms and a superb view over the city. Gianluigi is a lovely host as well, going to extraordinary lengths to keep his guests happy. On one occasion he drove us into Naples and came into the central train station in order to help us buy train tickets, then refused to accept any money from us for the journey. He also arranged for food to be delivered to the apartment for us from a local restaurant when we returned from Pompeii too exhausted to attempt the journey to the restaurant ourselves. I would definitely recommend this B&B for anyone looking for reasonably priced accommodation in Naples and would be happy to stay there again.

Lovely location, such a little paradise especially in the morning, with beautiful view on Naples.
Gigi, is the best landlord, he look after the house and his guests really well, and if you have any problem he will be there for you without doubts!
The rooms are superb...worth every penny.. I can recommend this to anybody looking for peace and quiet! The bathroom was very clean and tidy, water pressure was great and they have a water faucet that mixes the hot and cold water (not like in in the UK).
Wi fi was really good in every room, even outside the balcony!
This b&B is better than many 5 star hotels and the fact that it is not too large is a bonus because it is not pretentious, although it is a first class establishment. I will definitely return!

Modern cage. Although clean and tidy, but I was not staying there.
The owner angry character, not nice, loudmouth.
Since when do check in from 17:00 to 20:00? It is not suitable for travelers or spend.
We asked our park your car in the parking lot at 10:00 am. We received a flurry of shouts and complaints that we replied mail he sent us. What is the connection?
Full house signs what not to do.
Breakfast is simple, with canned juice and pastries filled with preservatives.
Naples remote location, and the last train leaves at 19:37 from Naples, so even if you wanted to have in Naples will have a very hard to get back into the room.
The neighborhood is isolated and not very sympathetic.
Not building a recommend to my friends to go there. Not worth even 10 euros per night

:) …
Your review make me smile...
I really enjoyed to have my first bad/dramatic review… Nobody's perfect ;) :p :D

To be honest in your review there are many things you forgot to write such as at moment of your booking (through bookin.com) you choose you preferred to communicate with me by e-mails but you never reply to any e-mail I sent you. Maybe that was the 1th and only real big problem between me and you.
I need to clarify 5 points for my next guests and I thank TripAdvisor that allow me to reply to this review:

1) You can read on my booking.com page before to book that the check in time is between 5 pm and 8 pm so if you did not like it I wonder why did you booked? In the confirmation e-mail you also received a reminder telling you to communicate that to me as soon as possible because as a bed & breakfast I don't have any reception as the Hotel have. Basically you are guest in my house and for that reason you cannot have here some services as you booked in a 5 star Hotel. I think my hospitality is quite good considering the prices but honestly that is what normally my guests use to say, not me. Anyway you never communicate to me your check-in time since your booking date and since my 1th message (about a month before your check in). I sent you several messages for about a month but you continued to never answer. You wrote to me one e-mail message just before you start your journey to my place at about 6.00 am telling me just “We are coming”. Obviously I did not read that message so early in the morning and when you called me at 9.00 am by phone you asked me if I could come down in the street for showing you where to parking and if you could leave me your luggages. That was impossible for me. I sent you few days before your arrival also a message where I explained you details on how to reach my apartment form n° 9 of Via Mario Pomilio and where you can parking the car so if you had read it you did not need to call me and ask me to meet you down in the street so early. Again I wonder why you choose you preferred to communicate with me by e-mails.
Normally if guests have trouble with it I'm available to come down to welcome them but I can do that if I have an appointment because knowing that I can organize my time. I did not know to have an appointment with you so early in the morning meanwhile my other guests are still sleeping in the rooms. indeed the check out is at 11 am then I have to clean entire house, rooms, bathrooms and kitchen, change beds doing washing machines etc. then comes the lunch time for me and after I have to make some administration things like reply e-mails, reply reviews, opened and close rooms on internet etc. Then….I finally can make the check-in. Some times guests asked me to have a check-in in different time and I normally organize my time to satisfy them but that was not possible with you because you never inform me about your plan.

2) I did not scream by phone it is not my style I would not have so many good reviews if I were like that. You were talking with very high tone among you and your wife, and you could not agree also with here on what time you'd be back to check-in. You had no plan about your day and your holiday. In my opinion you were very poorly organized and even if that is not my business you cannot blame me for that. You have also asked to cancel the reservation and I reply to you that if you will need to do that you had to do that. I was not able to delete your own booking. I have to say you have been immediately rude with me without any particular reason but only because you finally realize you could not do what you want at the time that you want. I had to call Booking.com several time that day because of you. That is not what I expect from my guests. I do not like to accomodate guests who want to be in conflict with me in advance even before to meet me, to know me, to get into my house.
This is very embarrassing.

3) You paid a room that normally cost about € 60,00 just € 43,00.
• Included in price you had:
Overnight, breakfast, free guarded car parking, high speed Internet Wi-Fi access, internet point, TV flat screen, heating, bed sheets and pillowcases every 5 nights, 3 towels each person every 3 days, daily room cleaning, shampoo, shoap, foam, toilet paper, hair dryer, water, light, gas, elevator.
• The rooms also included:
Orthopedic bed, duvets heavy and light, bedspread, double pillow, various light points, parquet floor, carpet, large wardrobe with wooden crutches, armchair, desk, cabinet-library, hanger, curtain, rolling shutters, private balcony with table, chairs, drying rack and awning.
• For breakfast is provided:
Milk, espresso coffee, instant coffee, instant barley, nesquik, tea, fruit juice, yogurt, croissants, plumcake, brioches, biscuits, rusks, bread to be toasted, cereals, muesli, nutella, jams, butter, one small bottle of water.
So I've found strange you said that all above services not worth the price (about 20 euro each of you).
But in the end I’m happy you found at least my place clean and with comfortable bed because you never mentioned the opposite and basically you paid for sleep.
In my opinion you are those kind of people who want to save but they demand services like 5 star hotel. Why you booked my place? You knew first where it is located because of the map and the address so why you were surprised about the location? You probably liked free guarded parking, near circumvesuviana train station, the room pictures, nice beds, parquet floor and in general how the rooms are furnished but mainly, I'm quite sure, the low price (considering what I'm offering).

4) The last circumvesuviana train start from here at 8.40 pm and not at 7.37 pm as you wrote and if you had a regular check in I would have given to you maps and timetables of the train and explained you that after last circumvesuviana train I could pick up you in the central station with my car if you need it. Also I could explain you that until 11 pm you could take 2 busses from the central station to just outside here the M52R and 195. Also you were here with car for which you did not pay anything for parking, I wonder… Why did you not use it?

5) When you arrived at 8 pm I welcomed you in my house with a smile and tried to explain you everything about the house and my hospitality as I do since several years with every guest. The bathrooms, the breakfast, the room and all services, but you have silenced me in a very rude way saying that you were not interested in what I was telling you. That is not kind, to silenced me in my house. I need to remind you that even if you paid for sleep here you are anyway in my house. I remember that you never look me in the eyes. You have also claimed to have the largest room, the "Large Double" however you booked and paid an offer for the "Standard Double".
The day after you went away also without even saying goodbye and without that I could run the regular check-out.

It was not pleasant host in my house people who treat me like that.
I felt uncomfortable in my own house that night because of you. That made me sad.
Unfortunately I’m not able to leave a review for guests here but if I could do that I would not recommend any Bed & Breakfast to accommodate you because in my opinion you are not able to stay in a Bed & Breakfast but only in a Hotel.

You do not want to socialize with the host and other guests and especially you do not want to stay to the rules of the house but only to yours.
That is impossible if you are not in your house.

Kind regards,

Gianluigi.
