Looks tired on entry but they may be in the middle of some refurbishment...? Executive room with king bed booked and it was ok. Nothing to shout about but you wouldn't complain either! Balcony with a city view was nice... bathroom... walk in shower very good and the sink was large with space around to put toiletries out!
The bar was stylising kilted out and the female bar staff on duty during our stay showed great customer service ... the coffees were fabulous and served with sfogliettle (unable to spell it!) and the limoncello nightcap was enough for two! Breakfast choice was excellent and we couldn't fault anything about it! Sit by the window and look out at the city - amazing!

Location is just off via Toldeo and near Piazza Carita so great for shopping!

The hotel is centrally located in the city, adjacent to the main shopping high street, and historical quarter. Reasonable prices, welcoming and helpful staff. Park in the “Oriente” car park behind the hotel for ease. We arrived on a bank holiday, be prepared for crazy traffic with no rules applying!! And grid lock!
The hotel itself is pleasant and the lobby entrance area is undergoing some renovation - the room and all floors have been refurbished to a modern high standard - the roof terrace restaurant where breakfast is served is a winner with fantastic views across the city - a quiet relaxing after dinner drink is also recommended.
The only reason why this doesn’t get 5 stars is lack of gym and pool but excellent for a short city centre break

Lovely hotel and extremely friendly staff . Would definitely use again. Tea and coffee in room would be nice , but overall very well appointed. Just one thing though, restaurant recommendation was not good at all . Stick to Trip Advisor!

We stayed here at end of our month long European trip. A/C was being rebuilt in our part of the building so we needed to keep the windows open all night. Mosquitoes became a problem. Rooftop view of Mt. Vesuvius is blocked by ugly building a short distance away, would choose another hotel next visit.
