Looking for a small hotel in the old city-centre? We enjoyed the nice room ( backside, no noise at all), the breakfast on the top floor ( nice terasse outside, but to warm in july, so we ate inside), the kind reception (you need some words Italian, but this is Itally, so this should be considered as normal) and the low price for this quality.

Stayed: July 2016, travelled as a couple

Don't be put off by the road it's in (a bit dirty) the hotel itself is clean and provides a good service. The workers know very little English so don't expect a big welcome.

Air con is 5€ extra per day (although they only charged us for 1 not 3) and well worth it - we were cold at one point! Everything worked as it should.

Allowed us to keep suitcases there all day on our day of checkout until we went back at 5pm to collect.

I have no idea where to start. There should be heating in the hotel but the moment we checked in the manager informed us that the central heating works until March 31. It was 13 degrees Celsius outside at the moment! We can use the Air Conditioning in the rooms but it costs 5 Euro per day Extra. Тhe seat of the toilet was broken. The shower did not support constant temperature of the water One gets a couple of minutes normal water than scorching hot than freezing cold! The seat of the toilet was broken and nobody seemed to care or do anything about it. The last two days there was not hot water at all but they informed us it was only temporary and only for a couple of hours in the morning! There was not functioning reliable WiFi !
Other than that the hotel was in a nice central location and relatively clean. If one can look past the rest of the crap!

Wifi doesnt work, none gave us a solution. The shower pipe wad blocked and the staff has been very unpleasant and disagreeable and didnt resolve the problem.

I would never recommend it. The location otherwise was good. The street a bit dark.

We were lucky to stay in Hotel Nettuno, as the place we booked was under renovation. The location is in the very centre of Naples - 50 metres to Corso Umberto I. Nice rooms and pleasant breakfast in the morning, very polite staff and price is more than affordable! Recommended in Naples!
