Don't stay at this hotel. Chaotic. Huge school parties with very loud, out of control kids running wild throughout hotel throughout our stay. Couldn't sleep. Ruined our holiday. Hotel did nothing, Jet2 holidays not interested. No compensation. Awful.

We stayed for one night as we were flying out of Naples after our tour of Italy. I will start by saying that the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful...unfortunately that is the only thing this hotel had going for them.

The area was absolutely undesirable...wanted to tell the driver to keep going and not stop. Even our driver recommended that we not walk around the area as it was too unsafe. We were lucky enough to find one restaurant in the area that we would go into. The rooms were spacious, but needed an overhaul (new bedding needed and the walls needed to be washed). It was super loud, not much sleep before the 4 am departure for the airport.

Pros: Room was clean and bathroom was adequate. The parking lot was very close and included in the price.
Cons: The area around the hotel is not conducive for walking, as it appears to be headed downhill (not unusual for Naples); the restaurant was closed for a private event, although the restaurant at their sister hotel across the street was fine.
HOWEVER, the hotel had two or three busloads (seemed to be 50-60) of young teenagers in the hotel, and the noise was intolerable - running up and down between floors, yelling in the halls, etc. We complained three times before the front desk stopped answering their phone. (What if we had an emergency?) This continued until about 11:30 PM. In the morning, I complained once again and was met with a shrug of the shoulders.
Would not recommend this hotel to my friends.

The hotel is located to the West of the Central station, although this is not the most desirable area there are ways to get to the Historic center of Naples. There is the metro(Gianturco) which is around a 10 minute walk from the hotel which is linked to the major stops in the town. After 8pm there is also a shuttle bus into Naples which is useful for going out for an evening meal, the shuttle bus also picks hotel residents back up from the same location.

The receptionist on the front desk was very welcoming and provided us with points of interest and places to eat. Every receptionist that we dealt with was very helpful and friendly.

The room isn't the biggest and the double room is two single beds pushed together, however this was not an issue, there was a great selection of sports channels in the room which screened multiple football matches. The bathroom was clean, however it was annoying as the shower head could not extend or maneuver so the shower head was pointing towards the wall. The wardrobe space was very big and a safe was provided. A note to guests, food and drink cannot be consumed in the room, something that I had not encountered before.

A note must be made that the maids were excellent at the hotel, the room was cleaned from top to bottom every single day and they placed my clothes in a bag, something that I would not expect them to do.

The hotel can be very loud with people laughing and chatting, however I am unsure whether this came from hotel guests or properties nearby. Breakfast was poor as most of the machines didn't work and there was a very limited selection of food and drinks, if this is not included in your price then it is not worth the £7 to upgrade as there are little shops with pastries a few minutes walk away.

Overall, the hotel was fine for 3 nights but a prolonged period would not be suitable. People choosing this hotel should not have any preconceptions of the area as it felt very safe despite most of it being reconstructed. I have give this hotel a 3 star due to location and facilities in the hotel.

Room Tip: Ask for a room facing the road rather than the middle stairs

We stayed here for 1 night as a stop off after visiting the Amalfi Coast.
The hotel was cheap but now I know why. It was very very basic, in a rough/ industrial area, toilet paper was brown and so was the water out of the tap. Everything felt a bit dirty.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
