We stayed from Friday through Sunday (Feb-17). We travelled out for the Rugby and had the best weekend ever. Made better by the hotel comfort, location and most importantly the hospitality. The hotel is just a stones throw away from the Spanish steps and trevi fountain. Its in the luxury shopping district, looking out over Chanel, Gucci and Cartier! Its gorgeous as its sits on small winding cobbled streets lined by rustic, historical buildings. We walked everywhere, everything from this location is pretty easy to get to.
The rooms themselves are lovely. Spotlessly clean, decorated with a modern, rustic touch, very classic, and importantly very secure. They are full of all of the mod cons, which is great going away for a weekend with only hand luggage - no need to take hairdryers or many products as they are all supplied. They even throw in an ipad for use during your stay to tour the city with guaranteed wifi. Its the most safe I have ever felt in a hotel. The staff are incredible. Particularly Davide, who from the day before we even left UK soil was emailing me to check my arrival time. As we walked up the street, he was there waiting to greet us at the door. He couldn't have been more welcoming, helpful and genuinely happy to look after us. He made our stay there amazing, and would be a reason to come back. Thank-you.
Rome is an amazing city, historical, beautiful, fun and vibrant. We will definately be visiting again.

Thank you Francesco and Davide, you made our visit to Rome Special. Just returned from Crossing Condotti, our family of four stayed in two rooms. The hotel is perfectly located, close to the Spanish steps and walking distance from all the major historical sights. The hotel is pleasantly furnished with style whilst still having all the comforts. The kitchen is stocked with drinks, snacks which is great specially in the morning. Our rooms were spacious and clean, comfortable beds and bathroom equipped with plenty of towels and L'Occitane products. Davide and Francesco always with a smile on their face took so much care of us, ensuring we had reservations at great restaurants and tours. Unfortunately our son felt ill on one of the days and Francesco went out and got his medication.

The hotel is perfectly located - minutes from the Spanish Steps , and the best shopping in Rome - a secret hideaway
We stayed in a master suite that compromised a lounge with a small kitchenette , a bedroom and bathroom
Check in was easy - Davide was so friendly and welcoming .He also gave us lots of tips on places to visit , restaurants etc. the check in area is up a short flight of stairs - no elevator . Davide helped carry our bags up to our room .
The suite was bright and airy - the lounge , bedroom and bathroom all had windows overlooking the streets below . There seems to be good insulation because we were not really disturbed by street noise
The lounge had a sofa/ sleeper couch , and a kitchenette - complimentary minibar that was very well stocked with lots of different drinks , as well as milk . There were lots of snacks , cookies etc that were replaced daily . There is also a small area off reception with a fully stocked fridge, coffee making facilities etc - all complimentary
The bedroom had views over 2 streets . There was lots of cupboard space - iron and ironing board provided
The bathroom was wonderful - a huge shower/steam bath/ hammam with different lighting options and music - lots of fun . Great L'Occitaine products - replenished daily
We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel > Service was excellent .
Definitely a place to return to

Just back from four nights at Crossing Condotti. A great place to stay in Rome! Even in December, Rome's streets are full of tourists and locals 24/7. And even though Crossing Condotti is only a block from the Spanish Steps and Via Condotti, it still felt away from the crowds. Plus, we were right in the middle of all the designer shops, which are so much fun to wonder into, whether you're buying or not. Plus, there are plenty of small designer stores that are really interesting and great restaurants. We originally thought of staying near the Piazza Navona and the Pantheon but we were glad we didn't. Just too crowded. And still only a 20 minute walk.

As for the hotel -- it's really small! I think only 5 rooms. We had the "Deluxe Room" called "Borgognona". And although it was only on the second floor and right on the street, it was very quiet. Typical of most hotels in Rome, the rooms aren't large but it was perfect for our needs -- plenty of closet space, free wifi, nice size bathroom, big TV (which we hardly used) and a comfortable bed. Plus it had a small kitchenette which had coffee and tea, snacks, and a stocked fridge with a great variety of drinks -- all free!

Finally, the staff were really helpful -- spending time with us when we checked in and providing us with excellent restaurant recommendations and reservations.

All in all -- highly recommended. As long as you don't need a hotel lobby, a fitness room, in-house restaurants, meeting rooms, etc. -- Crossing Condotti is the place to stay.

This was the perfect hotel for our family of 4. We had the two rooms and kitchenette/living area on the top floor. The location was within walking distance to a lot of attractions although we took cabs to the Coliseum/Forum and the Vatican. Lots of great restaurants nearby and an organic grocery store 2 blocks away for breakfast/snacks. The Concierge, Davide was absolutely fantastic!!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Extremely well located near the Spanish Steps, this tiny little hotel is probably no bigger than 5 rooms. Very comfortable room, good amenities, good cable TV (e.g. several sports channels) and unlimited free access to a little communal kitchen that is loaded with beverages and snacks. The staff is excellent, super friendly and knowledgeable - I usually don't trust front desk recommendations but those guys hit the nail on the head a couple of times. Strongly recommend this place!
