we can call it a pension not an hotel, the staff trying to help but the place is very basic, old, with a very bad smell in the rooms, the toilet is not clean, the lighting system is not all working, however it is in the center of the city not far from anything , near of termini station and it is a very crowded area.

It was good because it was well located close to Termini station, however, you get what you pay for. The bed was too soft, the TV didn't work ( which was too big a con because it was all in Italian ) , and breakfast was very limited. The worst part was that there was no refrigerator in the room for us to store water in. The manager let us use his but it was an inconvenience.

Myself and my partner recently stayed at the Capri hotel in Rome.Upon arrival we were greeted by a dwarf like asian man that we immediately nicknamed 'pablo' due to his broken english.he immeditely began by charging us extra money which he seemed to be claiming was tax.after leading us to our room he left us on our merry way...obviously to duck before we could say anything negative to him about the room.i hastily used the toilet as i had not been for several hours.upon entering the bathroom it was clear that several chimps had been trained as decorators as the decor looked like something youd find in a 'Saw' movie.i braved the decor and used the facilities.when the toilet was used and flushed,it must of had a demon living in the cistern because i was greeted by an almighty smell that felt like a slap in the face or a hard kick in the gonads.not only would it kick out a right stink but it would linger and make the shower plug gurgle as if satan himself was trying to climb up.the smell of sewage was so bad we were reluctant to the use the facilities. Now onto other areas...the bed itself was ok to be honest but we wernt asleep in it long enough to fully rate it as at 7oclock on the dot we would be woken by Quasimodo playing the church bells for 5 mins everymorning....who needs an alarm clock ay?!the breakfast was nothing more than several slices of mini cardboard that pablo had found in his underwear draw, marmalade spreads that he had nicked from his local off licence and two cups of tar like coffee...not the best wakeup call!the room istelf was bog standard, with a wardrobe with 6 coat hangars, the window looks out onto a delivery courtyard thats soaked in urine and a tv that had been stood up using a pin head so that everytime you touched it,it would come crashing down(not that you could get a good signal anyway,i would of bad more aignal if i stood in a fallout shelter 50ft underground).Overall this hotel is not the best, unless you like the smell of guff 24/7 and peach spread onto your cardboard every morning for breakfast.Avoid if possible.

We just got off the buss from FCO airport, and was looking around for a cheap and comfortable hotel, i found Mr javed he is the hotel manager he was soo helpful and friendly. He gave me a special discount. There was a good room service i left my money just in the room nobody touch them. Shower and toilet are clean, hot water as well
The staff are very nice, Ms francesca with the smily face and warm welcoming,
it's a good place to stay in if you are looking for cheap , comfortable and good located place. For back packers
