Location was so important and being close to the Spanish Steps made this a perfect choice. Room (Suite 1) was fantastic and spacious. Silvia and Giuseppe were so welcoming and always helpful. They gave us great restaurant recommendations and definitely great service with a smile. 100% recommend and will go back.

The hotel is easy to pass by and has a small lobby at the quieter end of the street. We appreciated that the neighborhood was safe and it was relatively quiet at night. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful when we had questions. Our room was comfortable and the bathroom was wonderful - tons of space and a great shower. We even stopped by their sister hotel's rooftop bar and had a glass of wine before turning in one night. We were only here for two nights, which I think was enough time. Our room was on the top floor and had a slanted ceiling over the bed and not a lot of natural light, so I don't think I would have wanted to spend a full week in that particular room. I believe the other rooms have higher ceilings, so just request those if that's an issue for you as well. We also appreciated the iphone dock/player since we forgot our converter.

We booked here after being recommended the hotel by a friend and booked the rooftop suite. It didn’t disappoint! Luxury, space, great location, peace and quiet, and extremely helpful staff, all the perfect ingredients for a truly memorable stay. Try the rooftop breakfast at the sister hotel along the road too...

The attention to detail in our suite was exceptional, down to the thoughtfully detailed and super cool guide book written by the hotel owner.

Couldn’t fault it...we’ll definitely stay here again if we return to Rome.

The best thing about these suites is LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! It's position is prime in the quiet cobbled side streets surrounding the Spanish Steps. The surrounding boutique shops include Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Giorgio Armani, Burberry etc. Step outside the door and you are in a maze of cobbled streets with restaurants spilling onto the street, cafes, boutique shops, little old Italian ladies popping into the Coop wearing Chanel jackets and bright red fingernails! This was the perfect style of hotel for us. No restaurant, no fancy lobby, no additional fuss - you have a porter, a helpful receptionist and a comfortable room which is serviced daily. Although there was no breakfast included (breakfast is provided at €18 per person) they do provide a juice cordial and croissants every morning to your room from 8am, if requested, free of charge. The staff were very helpful and the room was cleaned well with fresh towels and sheets daily. The bed was two singles pushed together but this didn't cause us a problem really. With the double glazed windows closed and air conditioning on the room is quiet and cool; open the windows and its like inviting the entire population of Rome into your room! The noise from the street below can become too much if you leave your windows open. There is a nespresso machine in the room but beware tea drinkers - they don't understand this English tradition! Our credit card was debited with the full amount before we arrived so ensure you have funds available and also expect to pay the city tax on check out which is €3 per person per day. An enjoyable stay and we would stay again here.
