We had been recommended to go there. The outcome of our stay is quite mixed, meaning that everyone has to assess oneself what is important and what not.
No objection concerning the room and the bed, both quite spacious, and also the bath room. NO objection concerning the location which is quite good. NO objection concerning the welcome by the owner who was very friendly and very much welcoming us.
However, the bath room is outside the room (though just around the corner). Rooms do have windows towards the street which can become noisy in the night (a couple of bars with people standing outside). Breakfast is by far not comparable with what you may get elsewhere; in addition, you have to prepare it yourself. Last but not least, you have to pay cash, which could become difficult if the bill arrives at a couple of hundreds of EUR.
