In short, after multiple trips to Rome, and many hours online trying to find better accomodation each time, Maison Trevi hit every nail on the head for location, room size, service and value for money. We'll be back and can't recommend it highly enough. Thankyou Giorgio and Diana for making this an effortlessly enjoyable stay.

Location: On a quiet residential street within 5 minutes walk to the Trevi Fontain, Pantheon etc Room size: HUGE by Rome standards, with a modern, large bathroom and fantastic shower
Service: Discreet and professional
Value for money: Exceptional
Where to eat: A number of small, locally patronised restaurants surround Maison Trevi. Our #1 pick was Sora Lucia, with a gelato from San Crispino afterwards

We had a wonderful stay at the Maison Trevi in our 2 last days of vacation.
It was so nice, quiet and clean.
We appreciated all of your help when our itenerary changed and we needed to arrange an extra night of sleeping arrangements and everyone in the small hotel were so friendly and helpful.
The location is cloase tot the subway ("Barberini") and to the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps.
We were given tons of great suggestions for the city and had so much fun on our honeymoon. We will definitely be returning if and when we are back in Rome.

My first time in Rome and I stayed at Maison Trevi. The location was perfect - quiet street but close to everything. Giorgio, Mara and Diana are great hosts. The room was modern, nicely designed and easy to be in. Being around the corner from the metro station meant that it was easy to transfer to and from the airport. I'll be back.

Ideally situated in close proximity to the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps and the main shopping district, Maison Trevi is located in a quiet side street. The room was spacious and modern with excellent bathroom facilities, a large comfy double bed and good central heating (required for the chilly evening temperatures at this time of year). Everything was immaculately clean and despite it's central location, the hotel felt private and very secure. Once our booking was made, the communication from our host Giorgio was excellent - he was able to pre-book a taxi to collect us from Fiumicino airport with the minimum of fuss, and he was present to greet us on arrival. I can't praise the warmth and friendliness of Giorgio and Dianna enough - with perfect English they were able to give us not just all the information we needed about the Maison Trevi but also recommend nearby places to get a coffee, eat breakfast or dine out. Dianna also booked our reservations for the Vatican museum from her small office in the lobby of the hotel, which was a great help and she went out of her way to spend time with us giving us tips on areas to visit and must-see sights. At a very competitive price per night, with such a good location and facilities this hotel is absolutely perfect for a short break in room - if you add on the friendliness and kindness of the Maison Trevi hosts, this has to be #1 destination! We will be back!

Our stay here was absolutely amazing. First, Giorgi helped us book a taxi service from the airport (and to the airport as well) and that saved us a lot of time. Moreover, we loved our host Diana. She spent about an hour in our first day to tell us about where to see in Rome and that was very helpful. As other reviewers pointed out, she welcomed us with a bottle of wine and bottles of water, which felt great after a long trip from San Francisco.
The room was spacious and you can easily fit four people in there. It was warm as well even if it was December. The room had a mini-fridge (which was good for take always from the restaurants) and a safe (in which you can fit an ipad mini, wallets, etc.) The bathroom was very clean and everything in there was modern. Moreover, the beds were very comfortable and since the hotel is not on a main street, there was not any noise at night.
Location was great as well. The hotel is located near the Trevi Fountain and we were able to go anywhere we wanted to by walking other than the Vatican City. The hotel was also located in a very safe location.
Overall this hotel was great value and I can say that it was a great experience staying there. We will definitely come back here if we happen to come to Rome again.

This was the perfect place for us. Perfect location and walking distance to ... tourist attractions, metro, and restaurants (Amore). Its a very safe neighborhood. Laura and Giorgio are just wonderful. Our luggage was lost for about 3 days and Giorgio was wonderful in cooperating with the airport to get back our luggage. We appreciated that. The rooms were very clean and spacious for European standards. We were in Rome for our 10th anniversary and they welcomed us with a bottle of wine which gave it a wonderful touch. We will definitly come back next time we are in Rome.
