Beautiful place with convenient location

4.0 of 5 bubblesReviewed Jul 27, 2023
Beautiful hotel- very receptive and friendly staff. Did not use use their restaurant for lunch or dinner but only because we wanted to experience other restaurants in Rome. Room service was great! Convenient location for strolling into the hub of the shopping and some sightseeing
Date of stay: July 2023
Room Tip: The pool was well used so get there early if that’s where you want to spend some R&R time

This place is definitely better than average. Rooms are clean and well appointed, staff is friendly and in a great and quiet neighborhood. Prices were fair and they have an awesome spa and pool area, which when in Rome I rarely have used. This is a welcome surprise and we’ll worth the price. Done discount place like this if you can find them in very pricy Rome. I’d come back easily here

Room tip: The spa is awesome

Very nice accommodating staff. The hotel is located in a neighborhood and is wonderfully quiet after a long day seeing the sights. That means you take a taxi to the popular places but we're glad we were not in the mix of all of the crowds and noise at the end of the day. We talked about 1/2 mile to the local cafe (Caffe Rossini) for our morning cappuccino and croissant before heading out for the day. The pool and pool service are excellent and we had an opportunity to relax with an Aperol Spritz poolside. The bar service inside is very nice too. If you decide to have a cocktail inside they'll bring you a delicious array of snacks as well. Overall a beautiful experience. We're glad we stayed here and would do it again.

Room tip: This hotel is great if you'd like to relax, away from the crowds after a long day of seeing the sights.

Beautiful hotel! First room was small and tight, and toilet was broken on arrival. Workers tried for over two hours to fix toilet, so they upgraded me to a double, MUCH nicer room. I wish they had decided to do the upgrade sooner, because I was exhausted from over 24 hours of traveling. I HIGHLY recommend booking at least a double room here as the difference is night and day. You will most likely not be satisfied with a single. Location is close to a big park snd greenspace in the middle of the city but not as close to the Colosseum, Forum, or Termini train station. Ubers are about 14 euros one way to those locations. Breakfast is excellent with your coffee made to order. Another issue was the AC—you don’t really have a lot of control inside the room, so if you like to pump the AC at night like I do, you will be disappointed if you visit in the summer.

Room tip: Reserve a double room!!

If you can afford to stay here you can afford to stay anywhere but you should stay here. Go and see the sites of Rome and the hustle and bustle and then leave it all behind and come to this tranquil gem just at the edge of the city where the staff are at your service. If you want a safe area of Rome for your family filled with people who treat you like the ambassadors and presidents that stay here then this is the place for you.
There was nothing we could ask of the staff that they didn’t try to do with a smile. From tickets to the sites to dinner reservations this professional staff helped our family. This will be our hotel of choice the next time we come to Rome. Arrivaderci!

THe hotel located in a residential area of Rome , away from the central city was an absolute gem. It is elegant and refined . The public rooms are just that. Each night there as a piano player in the lounge where you could have a drink and listen. The buffet breakfast a $30 extra charge was well worth it . There was not anything that you could not get . You coulld also order off the menue .

The rooms were also elegantly furnished and mine on the fourth floor had a view of the pool and gardens. The hotel has a beautiful outdoor pool , which we did not use as the weather did not cooperate , but it was beautiufully set up with chairs and umbrellas. I think that you could have food served there as well.

THe hotel also has a lovely indoor pool and a spa .

If you are looking for an elegant hotel in a lovely neighberhood , away from the bustle of central room this is the place for you especially if you are traveling in the summer when the heat can be oppressive , the pool is a welcome addition after touring Rome

I guess some might find it a negative that in order to see the sights of Rome you have to take a cab or UBER
