This is a great property and we thoroughly enjoyed staying there. It’s in the middle of the lovely residential district, Claridge so you really get the feel of Roman life. Groceries, coffee and cafes are all within a half block of the hotel. Additionally, there is a streetcar stop in front of the hotel that runs directly to the Vatican in one direction and the Colosseum in the other.

The property, itself is quite nice. We had a room with 2 twin beds. The beds are actually wider than your typical twin and were very comfortable. Most importantly, the staff at this hotel were were exceptional. We can’t say enough good things about the staff here and how kindly they cared for us. Mary, Giulia, Bacar, Mour, and Lavinia were so sweet and helpful. We are super grateful...

Had the key elements you would want when selecting a hotel. Clean rooms, polite staff, good location, easy and close public transportation, local grocery store.

The room had the usual items expected (TV, minibar and a safe), hotel would also provide additional items if required such as an ironing board and an iron. They did not provide a power adapter, but sold them. This is something I have seen hotels provide in the past, so could be something to improve on. O bought one from them for 5 euros (found it to be a decent cost).

Staff was polite, but my hats go off to Bacar, a lovely gentleman who worked waiting during breakfast. With a very upbeat and cheerful attitude, he would make sure you were having a good experience! The breakfast spread was very decent. A nice waffle making machine, assortment of breads, cheese, cold cuts, fruits, cereals, etc. I cannot speak on the price as the breakfast was part of my rate.

The hotel is right next to the Villa Borghese park. But it is at least a 40 minute, a bit over a mile walk to historical places such as the pantheon. However, there is a bus station smack in front of the hotel where you can get on several lines to anywhere you want to go. Using the bus and metro is really easy.

There was also a coop supermarket about 1 1/2 block away which came really handy when dining in.

I give this 4 stars as it provides the several amenities that are expected. No more, no less. I recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff is excellent, the price is competitive, the rooms are clean and spacious and the overall experience is excellent. I really enjoyed my time here and found everything to be significantly above average.

Very nice experience in this hotel, excellent.
We spent a night in Rome and my mom and me we had a nice night in the hotel the rooms were clean, quiet and the breakfast excellent, the location is perfect and they were always available to help us... thanks excellent

If you are looking for a hotel centrally loacted, this for sure is not the place for you. Transportation is right at the door but it will take a good half hour to get to the main points of attraction. Mary at reception will certaintly help you to get through the city and will be always prompt to clarify with any doubt you may have. Her smile and friendiness helped us to feel more comfortable since arrival. Breakfast is good with all you need to begin an exploring day . We booked a superior room with dinner included which was good for two days, but not worth it if you staying longer as the menu is always the same.
Had a good time overall but due to its location, I would look for a place closer to center if I ever come back.
