After the bad reviews that we have seen here it was a very a reasonable choice and a good experience.
Nice and tidy room with great view from the 5th floor balcony for a fair price. We got cleaning, fresh towels and soaps every morning. The room's condition is not like in a new built hotel but it is absolutely okay if you spend just the nights and the mornings here.
The staff was super kind and helpful even if some of them was not speaking English. :)
Breakfast was simple but okay.
In the lobby where you can use the WiFi you can get free coffee and the ice drinks that is a really friendly thing.
The surrounding is not scary at all if you are used to big cities. The termini stations closeness is very comfortable is you are here for sightseeing.

Room Tip: The park front is nice with balcony.

Very close to main station and amenities. Hotel reached via stairs or tiny lift, once you are able to get into the building. Took a while for them to answer intercom. Once inside we were asked if we would like a drink prior to checking in.
Room adequate for needs and exactly as pictured on website.
Breakfast room very small so you need to book a time slot, however, having done this there were still no clean tables and had to wait for lady to appear to make space.
Lots of variety at breakfast mainly sweet items.
Guy at reception very cheery and helpful.
Only downside we were rushed out of our room much earlier than check out time by the cleaners which meant hanging about at railway station for a while.
Good location, would use for short stay again and felt safe travelling alone with children.

Room Tip: We had room at front with a balcony which was nice, spacious for 3.

Good breakfast, but rooms are close to the front lobby where people talk.
But it was a cheap place to stay. Little hard to find, and it is near some really shady people at the train station so be careful. When you walk through the giant doors you feel like you are in some old abandoned house, then you must go upstairs and you will find the check in lobby.

We stayed for one night in july. Room stunk of smoke but this wasn't clear until the smell of washing detergent had set. Blood on the wall. Handle for the bathroom broken. An overall dirty feeling and I was surprised that I didn't see a cockroach. The room I stayed in wasn't as fresh as the pictures suggested. The only saving grace was that the service was decent. Stay away...

Room Tip: third floor was dirty. First floor rooms appeared renovated.

i spent 2 nights this past week with my family on the second day, my daughter complained about itching, at first i thought it was allergies, but on the 2nd night i was itching with a rash on my arm. then i saw a comment about bugs and that made me think that hotel is infected by bugs i hope this second comment can inform you as well.
