Overall good experience

For my first visit to Rome, I enjoyed staying at this hotel. It is in a good spot. There is an airport shuttle and 2 buses which take you to different areas in Rome. The staff was friendly, attentive, answered questions, and fixed any problems in a timely manner. I enjoyed the restaurants. The outdoor pool is really nice. My room was clean and I had an option to not get housekeeping every day. I had everything you would expect in a hotel room in my room. However, I didn't get deep sleep pillow spray most likely due to being in a standard room alone. There is even a gift shop. I would definitely recommend.

Nice room but...medium service & food

Room & environment are really nice. Very good bed Quality & cleanness of the room.
Nice hotel for business meeting (many meeting rooms and bedroom capacity)
However Global service is not really customer oriented, check-in & check out is time wasting, complicated to get taxi, barman needed 30min for making a cocktail, food at restaurant is highly salted and not so tasty.

Short Holiday in Rome

I chose this Hotel for convenience but I am very satisfied about it. The position is good to reach Vatican and historical center in Rome (by shuttle or by car). People very friendly and available to help at every request.

Traveling with a group on a tour.

I loved the bed, the bathroom, the only thing, i didn't like was we couldn't control the air conditioning. My boyfriend called the front desk, they told him what do do, it really didn't work and, my boyfriend didn't want me calling the desk, it was a little warm in the room, but not too bead, out of the 6 hotels we stayed at in a week your hotel was the only one to give us free bottled water.
Your breakfast in the morning was also very good as well.

Great hotel and friendly staff

Very nice hotel, and friendly staff. Great location. Got a cab to colosseum, or city centre and was reasonably priced.
The metro isn’t great if using a pushchair as need to use small lifts to get to different floors, so cab is great.
