We needed a place to stay for a brief visit to Rome - less than a day. We needed something in the center to be able to walk around the heart of Rome, spend the night and leave in the morning.
Location wise this hotel is perfect, a few meters away from via Del Corso.
Otherwise, there is not much to it. It’s not quite a “hotel” either, since it occupies only the 4th floor of a building, which you reach via a very small elevator.
Rooms are well renovated and decent, but the prices are relatively high for what it offers.

Just returned from 4 nights in Parlamento. It is excellently located less than 5mins walk from Trevi, a little longer to Spanish Steps, Pantheon and Piazza Poppolo.
We stayed in one of the older rooms which was very comfortable and, unusually for Rome, once the windows were closed there was no street noise, complete silence.
The staff are very nice and helpful, the breakfast was a nice buffet in a lovely quirky room by reception. Our flight was 9pm, we would normally check out at 11am and explore for the day, however as it was pouring rain we had a late checkout and got the use of the room all day for a modest fee.
Overall a very good experience in a friendly, comfortable and well located hotel.

“Great Choice”

I have stayed at Hotel Parlamento for many years. The recently renovated rooms are quite spacious and well-appointed in a pleasing, eclectic style. If these boutique rooms are not available, I would not hesitate to book the rooms which have not yet been, but soon will be, renovated. Although smaller and more basically furnished, they are clean and functional. The greatest assets of Hotel Parlamento are the management, the employees and its very central location. You can easily walk to most of Rome’s main attractions. As a travel agent for 40 years, I always attempt to book my clients here.

This small boutique hotel, furnished in a tasteful avant guard contemporary style is a "must" for comfort and courtesy. We felt very much at home.
Strategically located in the center of historic and monumental Rome; close to the Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Spanish Steps etc. and just a stone's throw from the unique shopping and fashion streets. Highly recommendable.

Clean modern rooms but with the world's smallest elevator. Elevator goes to the third floor in the hotel just starts at the 4th floor so you do have to walk up a flight with your luggage. Nice breakfast in the morning. 5 minute walk to lots of different places... Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Pantheon. We stayed here about 5 years ago and because of its great location we decided to come back this year. Under 10 year old cab ride to the Coliseum or to the Vatican. Nice rooftop area to share a bottle of wine with friends.
