“Perfectly located and beautifully renovated”
Reviewed October 27, 2013 for a stay in October 2013

This apartment was a lovely base for exploring Rome on our honeymoon: well-located (everything you want to see in Rome is in walking distance...and there is even a Carrefour next door for convenience!), well-equipped (includes wi-fi) and really nicely decorated.
On top of this, Guiseppe is a wonderful, generous host - he had great recommendations for places to eat and even booked a taxi for us to the airport. We will happily be recommending this apartment to friends.

“Perfecto”
Reviewed September 30, 2013 for a stay in September 2013

Excellent place. This place combines great location (few minutes walking from the Pantheon and Piazza Navona) and luxurious apartment with everything needed for a family to spend a few days in Rome.
We slept in an apartment on the top floor which has a double bed, pull-out bed, sitting area and kitchenette with small dining area. Space was exactly the required size and there was a sense of density.
Guisseppe was very helpful and nice.
The only downside of the place is the amount of stairs to the apartment on the top floor.

“perfect location, welcoming host”
Reviewed August 12, 2013 for a stay in August 2013

Giuseppe is a wonderful host -- always available, helpful and responsive, but never intrusive. We stayed in his large one-bedroom top floor apartment, which does have many steps, but its amazing location easily outweighs that consideration. It is just a few minutes walk to the Pantheon, the Jewish Ghetto, Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona, Fiore del Campo and even the Colesseum, Forum and anything else you would possibly want to see. And just downstairs is a reasonably-priced, well-stocked supermarket!

“Great location, good value”
Reviewed July 7, 2013 for a stay in June 2013

Central location for The Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona and Campo dei Fiori. These are 5-10 minutes walk away. There is a supermarket next door so for deli food and Coca Cola. No need to buy bottled water because the water is safe to drink. There is free, strong WiFi and strong air conditioning. The washing machine is so convenient. Giuseppe arranged the taxi to take us to the airport. The only thing that was not positive is the shower drain smelled (old building) which we solved by putting a folded, wet bath towel over it, not a problem. And if you have weak legs, there are about 60 steps to the apt. After all this is a palazzo.

“Fantastic flat and perfect location”
Reviewed June 19, 2013 for a stay in June 2013

Perfectly situated, we stayed in the first floor flat as the top flat was unavailable. This flat has a terrace, powerful shower, loads of space, comfortable bed and sofa bed (although take some earplugs if you plan on using the sofa bed as it gets quite noisy from the streets below, the bedroom is very quiet though). Giuseppe could not have been more helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible, and even showed us around one evening. You can walk anywhere from the flat we we didn't use any public transport all week! Giuseppe met us on arrival after organising a taxi for us, recommended some restaurants to us and guided us away from any local tourist traps with bad food - invaluable information when you first arrive!

The flat has everything you need and I will certainly be returning if I am ever in Rome again.

“Great location, great host, great value.”
Reviewed June 12, 2013 for a stay in June 2013

This apartment is right in the centre of historical Rome and just down the street from one of the best coffee shops in the city (plus there is a supermarket next door). Nicely presented, good amenities and a big space for the price. It is up quite a few stairs (it's in a 15th century building) but my husband and I were fine to get up them as we are in our 30's. Giuseppe, our host, was very professional, friendly and helpful. He checked in on us, made sure we were OK and offered any help if we needed it. The pipes in the bathroom did smell a little but we've experienced this in other older buildings in our travels. This apartment is really great value for money and we would book it again.
