Upon arrival, the staff were very helpful and accommodating. The room we stayed in was a bit small but otherwise comfortable with a sitting area outside. Since we were not facing the street our room was also very quiet and private. The complimentary breakfast was excellent and really put a positive spin to our day. I also really appreciated all the healthy eating choices. The cappuccino was amazing! The neighborhood is a little on the sketchy side and somewhat run down. We did however find a few good restaurants in the area (Ristorante Gustosando had the best food) as well markets and a great little Gelato shop. The Cornelia Metro station is only a five minute walk which we used on a regular basis. The only challenge we had was getting to and from the airport which proved costly as the cab was on average 45 euros each trip. You can also take the Metro to the Tremini Bus Depot and take the train from there but you have to book the train well in advance and seems too taxing with all our luggage. If I would have done a little more research I think I would have tried to find a hotel near the Termini Metro Station and paid a little more. Not sure If I would return based on the location from Fiumincino Airport.

Room Tip: Ask for a room at the back of the hotel. Very nice and quiet.

Excellent hotel which offers very competitive rates which was perfect for our short but sweet stay in Rome. Very good transport links (under 5 mins walk from the Cornelia Metro station). Very accommodating and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend.

Cute and cozy hotel. The surrounding area not the greatest (not classic Rome you would expect)but 5min walk to the Metro and bus stop.
The rooms were clean and neat. Expected fluffy bedding for a 4* but only got a throw and a thin sheet.
Breakfast was adequate but to late to my liking, they could be a bit more accomodating if you have to leave before 07:30 in the morning.
This is more a 3* hotel.

Renata the hotel front desk representative was very accommodating and knowledgeable of all the great eats, destinations and places to go. She helped us book reservations with food establishments and was just over all phenomenal and fantastic. We loved our room and the whole feel and look of the hotel. We felt as though we stepped into the steps of the Roman Empire. I might slightly be over exaggerating just a little but the point is clear it was very nice. Highly recommend! Not only was our trip memorable but so where the people especially Renata and the entire hotel

Side note if you book with or through agoda be aware your price does not include the city tax. We had to pay around 48 euro which was no fault of the hotel but we did want to mention that since we booked on trip advisor via agoada.

I recently stayed here while on a trip to Rome and the hotel was fantastic. The rooms were large and totally spotless, with working aircon and comfortable beds. En suites were spacious and clean and we had a private courtyard outside our room with a seating area. The staff were very friendly and extremly helpful at all times - on one of the days there was a public transoprt strike but they were able to arrange taxis for the guests very quickly. (They all also speak very good English which is useful if your Italian is lacking).

I was worried that the free buffet breakfast would run out or not be up to scratch, but every morning there was a wide range of food available, from scrambled eggs and bacon to breads, cheese, cold meats, yoghurts, coffee, juice and fresh pastries. You have the option of ordering a 'full breakfast' for a small cost but unless you want to eat after 9.30am when the buffet closes the buffet is substantial enough.

The hotel itself was also very well located. Despite being on a main road there was barely any noise from the traffic and it's only 2mins from the Cornelia metro stop which takes you straight into Rome with stops near the Vatican, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and Coliseum (you can get a return journey for 3 euros or a day ticket for just 7 euros). There is a large supermarket in the shopping area just opposite the hotel and a mini market next to the hotel which is great for picking up bottles of cold water. If you want to eat locally we found the restaurants to be much cheaper and nicer than those in the city centre, Gusto Sando and Il Tramburello were both excellent although Joseph's and Sora Pia were also good - all are just a few mintues walk from the hotel.

All in all it was a fantastic stay. I'd 100% recommend it to anyone visiting Rome and wouldn't hesistate to stay there again if I'm lucky enough to return to the area.

Room Tip: Room 344 had disabled access, two en suites and a courtyard in front.

Outside the centre but 50 metres from the metro. Small friendly hotel staff very helpful. Room comfortable and really clean. A great base from which to explore the city and excellent value. Will definitely return.

Nice and welcoming hotel. The breakfast was very good and plentiful with lots of choice. Location was fantastic for the tube to then sightsee. My only gripe was the size of the room - a bit small, but for somewhere to lay your head - no problem at all.
Good value and well located.
