Forget about a family hotel, forget about not so much noise, forget about reliable Web connection BUT welcome big clean room hotel, central, quiet road, lots of walking distance restaurants around and ancient style

It's a very nice and cheap hotel. Good quality for the price. It's not in the centre but it's very easy to reach it and everything because the hotel is close to the metro station where we can find a monument as well. The staff was very nice.

This is a good hotel value for money. Recent owners try to innovate and change the bad image of the hotel. The location of the hotel, not the best but ideal. Around the hotel there are lots of non-touristic great restaurants, cafes and ice-cream shops. It is 10 minutes walking distance to the nearest metro station. But there is a close bus stop which is very convenient to reach touristic attractions of the city including Vatican. One of the best thing about Rome is night buses. So if you have a late night flight, you don't need to give a fortune to the cabs. After reaching Termini Station by Airport coaches. all you have to do is taking the right night bus to the hotel (google.maps helps for exact name and schedule of the buses).
The hotel is not a luxury one but it is very clean. The hotel staff is very nice and responsive.
There is a complimentary simple breakfast including very tasty coffee and delicious hand made pastry with butter, jam and honey. It is enough for breakfast but I have a recommendation to the owners. They should add creme cheese to the menu.

This is a basic hotel but the location is fantastic. It is 5 minutes walk from the Pyramide Metro Station, only 2 Metro stops away from the Colosseum and the other sights. There is a Burger King steps away and countless restaurants and grocery stores on the way to the Pyramide Metro. An alternative is to take the Transit Bus #23, but it does get packed, so beware of pickpockets!

This hotel has just been previously taken over by new owners and is family run. I have to say they are very passionate with what they do and it shows on how well they treat their guest. I have to agree with some of the reviews that their rooms and the amenities are rather "compact" by North American standards. But then again, these types of rooms are fairly common in European downtown budget hotels and tourist visit Rome to enjoy the sights and sounds, not to stay in the hotel room all day!

To the airport, walk towards the Ostiense station and take the Trenitalia all the way to the Fuimicino airport.
