Overall excellent for us.
Location was very central, with 5-10 mins walking to Trevi , Spanish Steps and pick up for open bus tours, many restaurants, shops , metro ... everything you need for a 3 day stay .
I booked a higher grade "classic" room but not available when we arrived, but the staff dealt with the issue efficiently and to our satisfaction and the cute deluxe room we got (206) was fine (and 15% cheaper ...and a bottle of Prosecco as a present too ) .
Room was a split level with about 6 steps going to the bathroom. It had quality finishes , good shower and cubicle , good safe. Good aircon. View was at the front of the hotel and sunny sky was visible and the roof garden of the building opposite made it quite pleasant for a central hotel.
Good buffet breakfast. Rooftop open air dinner restaurant was good quality and price in comparison with some of the other outside restaurants.
Good price for the location . Very helpful staff.
Great limo pick up and drop off service to airport ( 40 mins) almost same price as standard taxi without the standard hassle .

No real complaints but if I had to be critical : ....there is no pool or fitness room of course but this is common in such locations.
Only one key to room .... yes an actual metal key -remember them ? (even though it had a card for the lights) .
Deluxe room a little bit small and storage of two large suitcases required one to be parked on the bathroom stairs. This room was great for us , but probably not suitable for elderly or anyone with a small child due to space and stairs.

Room tip: 206 was a good room but has a quaint staircase to the bathroom could possibly be a challenge for small children and less able elderly.

The room was very nice and located in an alley so very quiet at night. The bathroom was large and best shower of the 4 hotels we stayed in for the week in Italy.
Very nice restaurant on the roof. Not a ton of tables but perfect for a quiet dinner.
In walking distance to all sights.
We arrived before our room was ready and they allowed us to store our luggage while we went out and did some sightseeing.
I would recommend this hotel.

The room is small and not clean perfectly but ok.
The location is wonderful very close to the Spanish steps, fontana di trevi and to the metro
The breakfast is a bit poor scramble eggs, bacon, bread, some cheese, croissant and jam
Every morning the same breakfast
The overall experience was great because of the location of the hotel, most off the time we traveled around in the city

We were looking for a romantic place to eat near Trevi Fountain and we're lucky to find this place. The garden is beautiful and the food was a pleasant surprise, I had calamari and grilled veg, cooked to perfection. The atmosphere was great and the aroma from all the flowers was fantastic, just 500m walk to Trevi too.

This hotel was within walking distance of most of Rome's sites. The front desk staff was friendly and professional. There was a buffet breakfast every morning with a cappuccino waiting. The room looked over the street and we left the window open all night. It was a modern, clean room. The bathroom was immaculate. The restaurant on the roof was as good as any we ate in. I would highly recommend this hotel and hope to visit again myself in the future.

Room tip: Ask for a room looking over street.
