It look a second look to find it, as the entrance is a massive wooden door next to the Carrefour and opposite the bank, and part of an apartment block. The receptionist was very friendly and informative - English spoken. Note there isn't a 24h reception available, as they only have a few rooms. The room for two people was sizeable (we had room 101), the bathroom is a good space and they provide soap and a sachet of shower gel each. There is a coffee machine in the reception area which you can use all day for coffee and hot chocolat which was nice. Breakfast isn't really a big offering - coffee and there is a box of different croissant and pastries in the reception area. Two small tables are there, or you can take it back to your room. The pastries are fresh from a local bakery, which was great to start the day with. The location is near the Vatican, and walkable to other parts of the city - various busline stop in front of the hotel, so if you want local transport, it works. We took the bus to and from the main station to get here - the bus is very very busy and full. When we return to Rome, then we'll for sure book here again. Loved our two nights here

Room Tip: Room 101 - not on the road

Stayed here for 4 nights at the end of sept . Had a room facing the main busy road . Sound proofed well. Location is great can't complain . Walkable distance to everywhere .
Check in/ out was very quick and easy. They give you a set of keys for the main entrance door located on the main road so you can come and go as you please. Also gave extra info about Rome.
Room itself was fine . Super clean and beds were comfy. It's dated not very modern but we hardly spent any time in the room anyway . The maid comes to clean everyday.
Breakfast is served next door in a little take away place the hotel owned. Two very nice ladies work there and we're always happy to serve us .
Overall it was fine for us. Staff are really nice too. Doesn't have that hotel kind of feel( more apartment style) and not very modern so if that's what you want then maybe it's not for you .

The thing I loved the most about this hotel was the location, having never been to Rome I didn't know where was best to stay. The hotel was in walking distance of everything we wanted to see, although there is loads of bus stops that you can use get on and off. The furthest thing away was the Colosseum which took us 30-40 minutes walk and that was stopping to take pictures of different things too. The rooms were always clean and towels changed every other day (stayed 4 nights). The rooms were spacious and had a TV, fridge freezer and an iron. The breakfast included a croissant and coffee/juice, you need to leave the hotel and just go next door to a chicken hut for breakfast which seemed slightly strange but it suited us just fine, we got ready for our day popped and had our breakfast then went on our way. We got a transfer from the airport to the central bus station and then decided to walk to the hotel (plenty of transport, we just wanted to see the scenery), in total took us about 1hour but we stopped a couple of times to take pictures and for ice cream (the best ice cream may I add!) the only thing we found was when the map said we was there we couldn't see the hotel. This was because its big brown doors and then buzzers with small labels (as if you was pressing a flat number to get into a block) so you must check them when you get there if not you'll be like us and walk around in circles trying to find it! Rome itself is beautiful and I couldn't recommend it enough. We went mid July which was very hot so if I could change anything I would probably go when it's a little cooler, however they have fresh cold water fountains everywhere to keep you hydrated and plenty of bits of shade and cafes to pop in to. Definitely recommend this hotel!

Centrally located in Rome. Different bus stops just outside the building's outer door and also across the street. Very accessible to public transportation to train station and to Fountain of Trevi, Spanish steps, etc. Most of attractions like St. Peter's Basilicca, Piazza Navona,Pantheon are 5-10 minutes walking. Exceeded my expectations as the room was very spacious to be in the center of the city. It had a door separating the main bedroom from the dining/living room. The kids had their own beds. The beds were very good and the linen smelled very nice and fresh. Soap and shampoo and abundant towels provided.Big refrigerator and a microwave and dining table and chairs. Very nice & accomodating host and hostess. We could store our luggage after check out and they also arranged a taxi to the airport. There is a small lift. Bonus breakfast each day of one croissant/pastry, coffee, and juice. You can also order among others, burgers, fries, fried chicken at reasonable price in their cafeteria where we usually have the breakfast. Very good airconditioning especially when it was very warm days. We had a lovely stay!

Cracked floors and walls, dirty and flooding toilet, dodgy location, bad service people who just justify the state of the room- never had a more terrible stay.
It's my worst stay compared to other parts of Italy (venice, florence), and the rest of the world
Only thing good is perhaps the location
Will never ever come here again even if you paid me
