This place is directly across the street from the central Metro/train station in Rome (Roma Termini). The front desk and everyone we interacted with were exceptionally helpful. The rooms were very contemporary, upscale, and larger than most European rooms.

We had a spa appointment and my wife was sick, the people in the spa offered her alternative times for her visit. The person running the reception desk at the spa personally took a pot of herbal tea to our room for my wife. Can’t say enough about the service at this place.

This was our first time staying in Rome, Italy and our stay here was phenomenal. The staff was extremely friendly and answered our questions since we were interested in exploring many places in just four days. Gulia, the women in the front at check in always gave us recommendations on what to see and do and we even had the chance to visit Capri the day of my birthday thanks to her. She was very kind, patient, and helpful. I also received a complimentary small cake and card from the hotel wishing me a happy birthday which was very generous considering we got to the hotel late since we were away that day. What I enjoyed most about this hotel is that you are literally across the street from one of the main train stations in Rome (Termini stop) making it easy to visit main tourist attractions. We had no complaints and although many have stated the room is small, we didn’t intend to stay in the room all day and the rooms were very modern. I will say that the area around the hotel is sketchy at night, but there are police at night and as long as you are always alert (not stuck on your phone while walking) you should be okay. The property is gorgeous and if we ever have the chance to come back to Rome, we will definitely be staying here again.

This hotel is very nice with very friendly staff, location is great and rooms very comfortable. Unfortunately this hotel likes to charge for things that you would expect to be basic in a 3/4 star hotel let alone 5 star. Hotel bar prices and mini bar of hilarious so don’t bother. You cannot hire or borrow a iron as they don’t have any so unless you bring one with you your out of luck. I have never stayed in a hotel where you cannot borrow a iron ..... this is ridiculous. Apart from that the hotel is beautiful.

Just come back from a 5 night 4 day stay in Rome made perfect by a hotel that is easy walking distance from the Termini stop of the Metro so everywhere was easy to get to.
It's 5 star hotel in every way;
1) Great service. The staff were always smiling and happy to help
2) The rooms are bright, clean and well equipped . Even down to the free to use mobile during your stay !
3) Breakfast described as continental but it was far more than your usual rolls and meat. Why not have a glass of Prosecco to start the day ? You are in Rome !
4) There is an amazing spa...if you have the time as there is so much to see in Rome !
Loved it !

When people say that this is a great location, I can only assume that they wanted to be close to the train station as intended to use transport links - note that the best was to get around Rome is by foot. So assuming you dont need to be by the station, this location is poor.

It’s a rough neighbourhood and a good 20min walk from any sights or good bars and restaurants. The rooms are not as they appear in the pics when booking (fresh, modern, impressive) , instead they are tired and tatty, with a space age Premier Inn feel.

Oh yeah and at 09:30 they started drilling to do some room repairs next door - so perhaps not respectful of those wanting a lay in.

In a positive note; staff were helpful, allowed us to change rooms after the first night to a marginally better one though. The bellboy was also great. Breakfast (although expensive) was great.

Top line, if you want to explore Rome do it on foot and base yourself near the major sights, not here.
