Our travel agency selected this hotel for us, and told us this is a four star hotel. I don’t know who is giving these stars to Italian hotels, but can tell you they are quite generous.

First location. It is outside central Rome. Bus stop to Anagnina metro station is around 100 m. away, and you can reach metro in 2 minutes. Total average travelling time (from hotel including waiting) is around 45-55 minutes to Vatican metro station, 35-45 minutes to piazza spagna

There is a small mall nearby, with a supermarket where you can buy staff until 8:30 and a restaurant “old wild west”.

We are a family of 3 and were given a small room. The room had a huge! wardrope with 3 drawers, and 6 hangers for 3 persons. The walls were all dirty and they provided blankets in the middle of two ordinary sheets instead of proper/ standart bedding ( please check photos). We didn’t experienced such low quality/ non-hygiene standards for a long time. We asked to change the room, and with the help of our guide we were able to get it. New one was at least cleaner. Try to get a room on the 3rd floor.

Breakfast served was limited and tasteless, but we were told that this is standard in Italy

Staff speaks english, but they don’t prefer to do so. they were usually polite, except the chef, who yelled at us when we asked to have some cheese for the breakfast.

A small tv was provided, with only Italian channels, plastic cups for your toothbrush were standard.

Not recommended at all !!!!
Worst hotel.. located on a highway .. near of ikea.. too far from rome center.. you have to walk about 5-10 min to the bus station.. then take a bus to the metro station. , then buy tickets again for metro , and no one speak english.. with the metro about 35 min -40 min and you're in the center.. so at least all takes 1 hour to go to center ( in best cases) ..
No good air conditioner in the rooms .. the towels are so bad ! They take a taxes when you leave the hotel..
Our room view was a parking of ikea.. and it was so loud when the trucks come early morning ..
The last day when we had to leave .. we ordered a taxi from the hotel.. the meter i the taxi started with 11€ .. i asked the taxi driver why? And he answered that this is the hotel commission ..

Dear Guest,
Your opinion is full of notices who are not true and tendentious. We really do not understand how you decided to write such things. The Hotel is located in the commercial area of Anagnina and it is well published. Bus stop is in front of the hotel 100 meters! The tickect of the bus is valid also for metro! Our staff is multilingual and english is well spocken! City tax exists and it all published also on the web !The position inside a Mall is well published and car parking is a must for it! The Mall open at 10. am and trucks have a subterrain area, not outside! But the worste and terrible lie is what you wrote about taxi and commission! We do not have commission !!!. It also funny thinking that nobody you meet speak English, but the taxi driver explain such things. In any case thank you for your time spent to write lies about us

Location is quite far from Central Rome. The good thing is that it's part of a Mall and everything is available on second floor . Rooms were kind of old and furniture had chippings . Staff was friendly and welcoming . You get free WiFi and boiler and power plugs on demand with a 5 euro deposit . 3/5 hotel .

Stayed here 3 nights as part of a coach tour of Italy. My room was spacious and clean. This hotel had the biggest bed and best mattress of hotels on our tour, and 4 comfortable pillows, so I had excellent sleeps. Location is good next to cafes and shopping mall. Breakfast was quite good, and included heaps of cakes and pastries if you love that sort of thing. We had 2 evening meals included which were generous serves and tasty.
